The gentleman that contacted me was pleasant, and was very thorough with aiding me through this installation, which turned out to be not very difficult at all. I am very thankful for their follow up, and would easily consider them in the future for additional purchases."

"Tech support was not at all helpful. When I tried to install the software it kept referring to office 360 which I didn't want as I bought the stand alone 2019 version. The tech guy said to call Microsoft which I did not. I ended up figuring it out myself, apparently they use 360 to install the stand alone versions, it would have been nice had they told me that. But its installed and I have only used Word, seems to work. "

"During attempting to upload a purchase, I found a chat session from exactly the same purchase last year. My 'tech adviso' didn't get back to me, I set it aside and forgot it! Now struggling to find a way to reach them before i go to my credit card and challenge this purchase.
I heard back from them and has great tech support to sort it out, a refund and help installing the program. Completely satisfied."
