"The pillows are great, but I never got any order confirmation or any tracking numbers. I did call in to inquire about my order and was told that I should get them by the end of this week (which I did) but the customer service rep didn't apologize for lack of order confirmation, nor did she even offer to give me the tracking number. I suppose I could have asked for it, but I didn't.

I would understand the lack of confirmation email had I not registered before I ordered. Maybe I'm just spoiled and expect more from customer service agents - I know I expect more from myself, as I work for another company in customer service."
