"This is my second order for the Sahara Nights pillows. They last for about a year. When they give up, it's notable! I bought the four pack of kings for each member of my family. We love them! I was disappointed that I got no acknowledgment of my order. No order confirmation or receipt. A few days after submitting my order, I chatted them asking if my order was received. A rep said it was. I asked for the receipt and only got my UPS tracking #. I still don't have a receipt, but got an order # w/my packing slip. That was an odd experience. "
