"I ordered the mattress and received the bed in two days! Set it up and slept on it the same night. We did not experience any odor at all from the foam and I'm relatively sensitive to smells. We have had the bed for a week and I am very happy with my sleep, and comfort. I bought the pillow as well. I chose this bed over competitors for a couple of reasons: 1) made in USA with USA materials and support, 2) ability to customize for free! (which I haven't had to do so far), 3) 4 month sleep trial, 4) the cooling system, 5) incredible customer service! I called for information before buying, and they took plenty of time to address my concerns, then followed up to make sure I am enjoying my bed. I highly recommend Snuggle pedic"

"I have chronic neck pain so I ordered the Snuggle Pedic Bamboo pillow. I am mainly a side sleeper but also a back sleeper. The first night I slept on it, my neck felt better and the pillow is so comfortable. So comfortable, that I ordered a second pillow. I have allergies and am sensitive to odors. I did NOT have any odors with my pillows. Since it's made with shredded memory foam and a bamboo cover, it is an excellent pillow for allergy sufferers. I also love that since it has a zipper on the pillow, that if needed, I can make adjustments to the loft. My neck no longer hurts at night and I'm very impressed with the customer service. I ordered directly thru the Snuggle Pedic website and received both pillows within a couple of days and free delivery."

"SnugglePedic's customer service is nothing short of amazing, so I'll start by saying that. I bought two of these pillows recently and found them very comfortable, but they were a little soft and flat for side sleeping. I wrote to SnugglePedic and they immediately sent me some supplementary foam to mix into the pillows. After doing that, the pillows are about perfect for me and my wife, and they support both back and side sleeping very well. It took a little while to used to memory foam pillows, having only used conventional pillows. But we're sold now."
"I purchased the pillow as a gift for my husband. He has shoulder, neck, and back issues (broke his neck when he was a teenager) and of course getting older isn't helping. He has been through about 20 different pillows over the last few years with not much relief. We even purchased a very good bed a couple of years ago which did help, he just couldn't get his head and neck adjusted quite right with any of the pillows. So finding this pillow as a pleasant surprise! He's been using it for about 6 weeks now and is very happy. We did do some custom fitting with the stuffing to match his comfort level, he's slender and doesn't need to be too fluffy. He pillow is a great help to his sleep. Would recommend to everyone."
