"ill start off with saying that I love this company for the experience. I got a body pillow and it smelled what I thought was very strong "gas" smell. I emailed the company and they got me very detailed instructions to wash and dry it. yes I asked to try something instead of opting just send it back. after a few days the smell is only when I bury my head into the pillow, not just being around it. I assume in another week the smell will be gone totally. I have zero issues with the pillow now and have slept with it great the days I have slept with it since. for my trouble they even sent me a pillowcase without me even asking for any compensation! they were VERY fast to get back to me with emails and minus the smell that did go away, I have had nothing but a great experience with this company and would love to buy more products from them in the future if im every looking for anything they sell!!!"
"I've had the Snuggle-Pedic queen pillow for over a year now and absolutely love it. It has a nice thick cover with a zipper and hasn't lost any loft to it, and it is adjustable if it seems too puffy. I recently ordered the Body-pillow which also has their bamboo protective cover on it and is very filled. It hasn't separated or lost any of its puffiness like other store-bought body pillows. I opened the inner case and removed some of the filling and it was perfect. I have returned my fair share of pillows because I was unable to get comfortable. This pillow is perfect for me."
"This pillow is everything that is advertised and more! You really have to experience it to see how much a difference it makes to how well you sleep. The pillow supports your head and neck, which affects your whole body. I found that my body was able to relax so much better, and so I was able to sleep better. It was interesting that when my head /neck area was supported and relaxed, my whole body was relaxed too! It really is wonderful!"
"I actually purchased the body pillow for my wife and I think I made a mistake. Don't get me wrong my wife loves the pillow but now she doesn't let me hold her. Lol I've been replaced by the Snuggle body pillow, and after trying it myself I can see why she prefers the body pillow over me. It's very cool to the touch and I think this is what a cloud would feel like if I ever felt one. We actually take turns every night with the body pillow , she gets it one night I get it the next however she just reminded me I got it for her so I need to get my own. I will be making another purchase again based off 2 things. The product itself and customer service. I can appreciate the hard work that goes into this product and what the end value of it is. "I've only slept on my bamboo pillows for four nights. I find them quite luxurious and well designed. I no longer wake to adjust, fluff, or fold my pillows for proper loft multiple times every night. It's like the Snugglepedic does that for me. When I roll to one side, my head finds fresh pillow loft as the previous dent rebounds, ready for me to turn again. It is so nice to pay more for a product and actually get the expected increase in performance and quality.
