Terrible Customer Service

"I have not received the ski boots that I ordered on March 20. I have contacted SnowInn numerous times and I cannot get a shipping status and I believe the shipment is lost or was never shipped. I have asked for a full refund and Snowinn said I just have to wait. They have been no help at all and I do not recommend ordering anything from them. I will try to get a refund from my bank. Awful customer service!"

Item never arrived. Terrible customer service.

"I echo the other reviewers' experiences - I ordered a ski helmet which, after 6 weeks, has still not arrived. Customer service only gives canned responses and refuse to investigate where the package is. I am simply told to keep waiting. When I ask for my case to be escalated, they disconnect me from the chat. They need to contact the shipper and trace my package but there is absolutely no willingness to take responsibility for my item. Apparently I have thrown away $180."

Item Never Arrived

"Item Never arrived. I ordered a snowboard bag in January which has never arrived. I have been dealing with Snowinn customer service for 2 months to try to obtain a refund with no luck. I bought the same bag from Amazon. I would not buy from Snowinn.

Very bad service and no solution

"Skis besteld en voor de beste verzend optie gekozen. Helaas niet aangekomen en na vele malen het contactformulier te hebben gebruikt wordt er niet antwoord gegeven op mijn vraag en een gepaste oplossing. Het betreft een Spaanse organisatie maar er spreekt niemand Engels (of Nederlands). Erg spijtig want ze hebben wel een Nederlandse website en een Nederlands telefoonnummer. Maar een antwoord (in het Engels), laat staan een oplossing wordt er niet gegeven. Hierbij heb ik ook extra kosten (>100,-) moeten maken waar geen gehoor aan wordt gegeven.

Ik heb de hoop dan ook opgegeven en het advies is om hier zeker niet te bestellen, mochten er problemen zijn worden deze niet netjes opgelost.

Poor returns service

"I had purchased this to try but unfortunately it’s a bad fit for me. I have since sent back the item which seems to be stuck at customs. My local postal service stated that to release SnowINN needs to reach out to the customs - however their customer service point blank refuse and said there’s nothing can be done. This is the worst internet shopping experience I had - and I do a lot of internet shopping, in fact regret purchasing from this site as I already saw similar reviews but did not believe it. Now the company owes me Euro 225 but there seems to be nothing I can do. DO NOT SHOP HERE!"

Atomic Shift Bindings

"A lot of people have bagged on Snowinn, BUT yes it does take longer for products to clear customs. I received a brand new pair of Atomic Shifts for under $400 shipped!!! Yes it took a month, but I saved $200 vs the $600 local charge and they work AWESOME!

If you want to get a hold of the company go on their site and wait on the live messenger service, yes it’s painful but someone will speak with you.

unfriendly complaint handling (automatic answers)

"I have problems with running shoes. They had a flaw, defect after 200 km (a hole on heel inside the shoes). I finished many marathons and I had many shoes. First time I have such weaks runnings shoes. But this store suggest that the defect is due to my misuse. And they did not ask me: hwo I am and how I was using these shoes. But they know that I cannot run and I used these shoes improper…!!! How?
And they still reject my warranty claim. The store is sending me the same automatic answer again. It's irritating.

Stay away. Here's how return policy works.

Do not order from here. Be aware of international buyers it ships from Spain

"I have ordered ski from Canada as it was just under $50 cheaper than local but the problem is they never mentioned that there will be custom tariff charges applicable to my order. This was never mentioned in the ordering process. I end up buying the same ski at $60 more money than locally available same ski which I could just pick up on the same day. What a scam as they should warn international buyer especially North American of this issue. I am paying more money for inconveniences. Do not ever order anything if you are ordering from an international location. They are based in Spain. "

One of the worst shopping experiences!

"One of the worst shopping experiences! Bought the Jacket, Item was lost between their facilities and they don't know about it. A week later told me to change the item, delayed further. Contact through an email take forever. When the shipment finally come, turn out I bought the wrong size jacket because of their "What's my size?" guide. Try to contact them (every channel) no one reply! 120USD for the return shipment. If you want some challenge in your life buys some thing with them. Almost a month now still have to deal with them."

Horrible in all ways possible!

"Horrible delivery service. Horrible Customer Service. I bought something 20 days ago, hasn't reached my country yet. They also discounted it 20% since I purchased and refuse to price adjust an item that's 2 weeks delayed in reaching me. They have an excuse for everything. Do not buy from this website."

I would give it zero stars

"I ordered a pair of boots which took 3 weeks to come. They would not leave the package at the door I needed to sign for it. Nobody was home and after a few attempts it got sent back to the Post Office. I was involved in an accident and did not have a chance to go to the Post Office so the package got returned back to Snowinn. I tried calling multiple times and nobody picked up the phone and even incurred $50 of International calling charges. I tried to contact customer service through Facebook and email and never heard anything back. I will never order through this company again."

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! This company is in Spain, no customer service number and they never ship your products. I ordered ski boots in mid November. It's now mid December and no shipping of boots. Sure, the price was low, but you will never receive the product. Several emails were answered with a form email saying they would get back to me soon, never did. Don't waste your time! I wonder if they really exist or just charge your card and hope you forget about it. Calling card company now to refuse the charge."
