Amazing Experience

"I truly don't understand why there are so many bad reviews and I'm sorry for those that had to have a bad experience with Snapfish. I recently lost my mother-in-law in a horrible car accident and I wanted to get some prints of all the photos that we took together while travelling for a scrapbook. I was skeptical to order from Snapfish because of all the horrifying reviews. I ended up ordering from them anyway as I didn't have much money and they were the cheapest site. I just got my photos in today and the colors are all accurate and beautiful. The photos are extremely sturdy which I love and they all came out just the way that I pictured in my mind. I highly recommend using Snapfish and will be ordering more photos with them soon. "

Preview is not the same as printed version!

"I ordered a photo book by my company brochure. The preview looked exactly as we designed, however once it was printed SnapFish decided to add their company logo to the book! This did not appear in the preview! Of course we can't use this as our company brochure not, it's completely unprofessional to have another company advertise in it!

After contacting customer service, they quickly agreed that this was their error and the preview is misrepresenting the end product, however they refused to reprint without the logo, and also refused to refund the full amount. They would only refund the printing cost, not the shipping. The shipping was more than the printing cost so we're at a loss.

Also, their shipping cost is completely unreasonable. They probably do this on purpose to mask the true cost and keep a profit even though they "refund" the printing cost.

Also, the colors were not accurate, but that's a whole other issue I didn't even bother getting into...

I will never order from them again.
-Poor quality
-Dishonest
-Terrible customer service.

What more can you ask for :)

Pulling Teeth.

"My first order with Snapfish was great. However, my 2nd order had to be resubmitted because I didn't receive my tracking number. Which at first is not a big deal however, talking to 2 different customer service agents they both didn't know how to handle the situation. I was told that "sometimes you get a tracking number and some times you don't" when their website says that I WILL get a tracking number. Neither agent knew what to do and I had to talk to a manager and get them resubmitted for next day shipping. "

Why such bad reviews?!?!?!

"I was skeptical to buy photos from them because of all negative reviews.... What the heck! Snapfish turned out great!!!! They had the cheapest prints I could find locally or online and all of the photos I got came out just as expected-- great with the photos taken by my fancy camera and more grainy with photos takwn by my cell. But really, thats how ALL photos come out if you take a picture with a crappy phone. I couldn't be more pleased with the price, the packaging, the quality of photos, etc. Literally NO complaints. "

Color was wrong twice

"Ordered graduation cards. They came promptly but were washed out. Color was nothing like the pictures or even what they looked like prior to ordering on snapfish. Customer service (Robert R)was great. RE-ordered the announcements. They shipped them basically overnight so I got them two days later. AGAIN color was not correct. Customer service (Noel) again tried to help but at this point it was too late to try and wait for them again.
It is unfortunate that customer service has to deal with problems caused by a inadequate production team. Good news is a refund was offered.
I ended up going to Walmart one hour photo and printing announcements. Color was spot on- that is sad that Walmart out does Snapfish.

One Star is too much

"Ordered from snapfish.ca last year and the service was excellent now they moved it to the USA it totally ****. I ordered prints over three weeks ago and they are still not here. The tracking service they have has been out of service every time I have tried it and when I chat with them they basically say that the delivery date that was one week ago was just an estimate. Crapy service never again!"

Lied to daily

"Ordered something from this company weeks ago, was charged but never recieved my item. Have spent hours on the chat and phone every single day getting lied to. One person said it shipped, the next day they said that wasnt true, every single person told me they emailed production. Today on the phone was told production was never contacted and then because im assuming theyre not allowed to hang up the person just said im done and stopped talking. Seriously one lie after another every single day and now 3 weeks later no closer to knowing anything about what I ordered. Would not ever recommend ordering anything from this company ever unless you want to spend hours a day getting lied to and pay for something you'll never recieve."

Snapfish screwed up my Christmas Too!

"Ordered photo cards on Nov. 28. Told I would have them by 12/7. As of today, 12/14 still no cards. Tried tracking with their tracking number. No order has shipped. They deny it but then offered to enter order "again" and process it for overnight after They redo order three days later. Net 4-5 more days. This is a really crappy company with even worse customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

Snapfish ruined Christmat!

"This is the 3rd time now that I'm reaching out about this, I have been working on a 12x12 book, with almost 90 pages for months. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
Friday I was finishing my last couple pages, saved the project and then all my backgrounds and embellishments were gone, I now have all gray backgrounds with the exception of a few pages and no embellishments anywhere.
The 1st time I contacted support they told me 2 hours, I wake up Saturday morning and I have nothing. I reach out again, the guy offers me the book for free if I will redo all the work. I do not have months to do this again; I need this book ordered today to get it by Christmas.
He tells me it has to be escalated because there was a “technical issue with my book”, ok fine, well its Monday and I need this done and ordered today.
I'm appalled by the customer service I'm receiving, I have been a loyal Snap Fish customer for years and recommend your site to everyone who asks "where did you get this beautiful book". After this experience I will never recommend or use Snapfish again.
Please don't tell me my data is not recoverable, I have worked in IT for 20 years, 10 of that as a network administrator, I'm very familiar with the techniques to backup and restore data, it’s very simple and if something is lost on my network I can restore it in minutes. So if you can't do that then your systems really aren't up to par and people shouldn't feel comfortable using your site.
Please let me know how you plan to fix this.

"Please do not entrust your pictures to Snapfish. They do not protect them adequately and when they lose or corrupt your pictures they show no concern at all and provide only the most bland of responses to your difficulties.
Sitejabber and Trustpilot also provide customer experience reviews of this company.
Snapfish is not safe or secure storage of your pics or projects.

Lost my photos!

"I have used snapfish.com for years. Recently I checked and found that most of my wedding photos from 2004 have disappeared. "Customer Service" (and I use that term loosely) checked into it and basically told me, "Welp, they're gone. Too bad so sad for you". I was also told that according to their terms of service, I am supposed to keep a back up copy and save them on at least 3 sites. If they can guarantee to keep my photos, why the hell should I ever use them again?! I'M LIVID! And they made essentially no effort to fix the problem or rectify the issue. DO NOT USE SNAPFISH EVER!"

One Star is Far Too Generous

"Atrocious and abusive customer service that is the absolute worst I have ever experienced from an online merchant. I ended a 9 year relationship with the company after the live chat agent blamed me for an unsatisfactory order, and instead of helping me place a new one began berating me. At a loss for words at their disregard for the customer. In an environment where there are so many online photo options I'd suggest using ANY OTHER than Snapfish. A subsequent note to customer service was met with an automated response that they were very busy and then silence. The only way to get their corporate attention (not that they may care) is to draw attention to what I believe is a serious business lapse. Deservedly."

NCOMPETENT AND USELESS

"I placed an order for two photo books for my Wife on our wedding anniversary. A week later there was no sign of them, I then took it upon myself to contact customer support who then told me that there was a problem with one of the photo's and it wouldn't upload to their print service... The customer service operator then sent me a link to the photo in question that displayed perfectly. When I then pointed out that the person on the production team could have easily loaded the photo into some software and resaved it to fix the problem this fell on deaf ears.

My wedding anniversary is in two days time meaning that I now do not have enough time to fix this myself (WHY SHOULD I DO THIS? ITS FIXABLE ON THEIR END!) and then hope that I don't get scuppered by some other complete f*ckwit on their production team.

All in the order was over a hundred quid, I had to contact Snapfish myself to discover that there was a problem and its now ruined my surprise for my wife. It literally couldn't be any worse and could easily have been saved if they had contacted me about it on the Friday they actually found the problem, which was 5 days ago.

I'm now apparently getting a refund which is going to take well over a week, keeping any funds that I might need to rectify the gift situation out of my hands till well after our Anniversary.

So yes, Thank you Snapfish, I'm finding it hard to think of a way that you could have screwed this up any worse. I now have no photos and no money for another gift. Thank you very much... Incompetence of the highest order. Steer well clear.
