I wish I could give Zero Stars

"Extremely upset with this company - I paid way too much for a book and overnight shipping so I would receive on time for a specific event. I went to see the tracking on my order today and noticed that it had not even shipped yet. I contacted their customer support and told them to cancel the order if it had not shipped and they told me I was too late and too bad. Too bad I didn't read all of these reviews before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! "

wallets---

"I ordered wallets to hand out at my graduation and I was not satisfied. The pictures turned out blurry, made my skin orange toned, and they were smaller that what I expected. It doesn't look like the workers really cared about anything but the money because if I were to show them my blurred out face in all my pictures, they would see whats wrong. I had an order of about 200 wallets and they obviously didn't look them over. I wouldn't recommend Snapfish photos. "

Poor customer service

"There are many things you can't do in snap fish that you can do on other book creating sites. Other book creating sites were fantastic about helping me, this place didn't help me at all. When I ordered the book the quality was not impressive even though I had to go with a "higher quality" book to them. The book was ice 70$ each! My other company was 20$ for the same book with better quality prints."

If you complain your product will suffer

"I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 3 photo books, and while the order was processing I noticed they were running a promotion for free shipping on the same thing I ordered. It was less than 2 days since my order. Customer service said they wouldn’t give me the discount, which I felt was bogus because I had just st ordered 3 other books less than a month before - so I was a customer that used their service a bit. So a few days later, I receive the entire co conversation between the customer service rep and I via email. I thought it was weird and never got an explanation. When I received my package it was in a flimsy paper envelope. The books were lazily wrapped in plastic. What a difference from the last package I had received (which I still have in the original package). The first package was sturdy cardboard and the books were tightly sealed in plastic. So beware - if you complain, your product will suffer."

You cannot count on Snapfish

"I've been a very good Snapfish customer for years. Holiday cards, photo books, gifts, etc. Today I showed up at WalMart to pick up my daughter's birthday card invitations and Snapfish had cancelled my order. When I looked in my email I realized I was notified at 3 am this morning. The order was supposed to be ready at 10 am Wed.(three days ago). I'm a tired, pregnant, working mom with little free time (like all moms). I stayed up late making the invitation and needed them today to get them out on time. I was counting on Snapfish to simply do their job. When I contacted customer support they offered to do me a "one time courtesy" and credit me for the order. That didn't solve my problem, they could not/would not overnight me the cards. As a result, I had to find another vendor, totally recreate the card, and waste precious naptime. Very simply, I'm done with Snapfish and would never recommend them."

Order not received, customer service don't want to know

"I placed an order for thank you cards to thank people for christmas presents for my 1 year old son 12 days ago. They have not arrived. I have complained to Snapfish customer services 3 times now, and each time I have been told to wait until 7 business days after shipping. I have just received the post on the day in question and still nothing, so I complained again. Guess what. I was told "wait a little longer". So they keep my money while I wait in vain for an order that has obviously been lost.

Customer service people aren't interested, and just parrot back exactly the same response, which shows no intention of, or desire to, provide any customer service at all.

not worth the stress and hassle for a product that will be received weeks later than paid for

"Looks like multiple people having the same issues as myself. ordered an express postage custom calendar December 6. I needed it for the 16th dec as we were celebrating xmas early but my order allowed that i would have it in time so i spent hours making it. Kept checking the status and the day before the latest i should receive it i rang (spoke to an Indian who did not understand english) and so emailed asking my order ensure it was made and overnight posted so i received it in the timeframe advertised. Of course no order!

3 working days later i check with star track and my order was attempted delivery only in Victoria (I'm in Perth) so i rang the courier company and Snapfish put the wrong suburb so my order has been sent back. Each day i have emailed snapfish requesting my order be printed and express overnight posted to have an array of non english understanding indians reply. Alas i am seeing some family on Boxing day and was going to pass on the gifts then but now for the second time i will be gift less through no fault of my own. Snapfish today kindly offered to reprint and send it but stated i would not have by xmas - no sh#t sherlock!!! my multiple requests for full refund of postage and product have been rejected only a $10 refund which does not compensate all the time I've spent chasing this up!
This company used to be excellent to deal with and i used them many times before but seriously i would not recommend cos now i have no gift, paid a fair price for it, and am frustrated beyond belief!! They have obviously sold out or outsourced and won't be around for long with this service.

Excellent customer service

"Over the years I've ordered several items from Snapfish and never had a problem, always fast and accurate - until this time. One of three photo books I ordered had someone else's photos on the interior pages. As soon as I noticed, I logged onto their website to see how to take care of the problem. Literally, within minutes of logging on I had chatted with customer service and a new book was ordered. This was the easiest "return" of a product I've ever experienced. "

Never again

"I normally order from Shutterfly, but decided to give Snapfish a try. The interface to create a calendar, which was a Christmas gift was easy to use and upon previewing my creation, everything looked great. Fast forward to today, I decided to check the calendar before wrapping it up for the recipient and noticed that the top page (month) of the calendar doesn't match the bottom page (month and days). The preview looked perfect, but my calendar has a top page that shows April, with a bottom page including the dates that clearly says May. For separate pages were like this, making the calendar useless.

I'm a reasonable person, so I called customer service to explain that I had this defect and that I'm sure they've received a ton of orders since it is the holidays. Making a mistake is not a problem to me, it's how the mistake is handled. Snapfish said they would reissue the calendar, but it wouldn't ship in time for Christmas. Today is the 19th of December and I asked if they could create the calendar and overnight it to ensure I could still give it as a gift. The answer was no. I was presented with two options - I could either take the calendar late or be issued a 'store credit'. I tried to explain that the store credit would not be needed if I couldn't get what I ordered, by the time I wanted it, which seemed to be a difficult concept for the person I was talking to to grasp. I relented and had the calendar shipped, which will arrive after Christmas. All in all, not the end of the world, but I will probably never use Snapfish again as Shutterfly has always provided a great product in prior years.

Worst Customer service ever!!!!

" I have never wrote a bad review- BUT fro Snapfish I took the time. I have been ordering from Snapfish fro years- then I got the APP. it was great. I even told everyone I know to download it. Then I ordered our Christmas cards and as soon as I hit 'order" it did not save the 70% off coupon code. when I tried to cancel the order it would not take it. It took two days fro someone in customer service to email me back. And forget about calling anyone. Every number was invalid! When I finally got someone they said there is nothing we can do and in broken English just said sorry. I told her that I was going to return them when I received the pictures for a full refund. So when I got it I went online and " Chatted" with cust service and they told me the same thing. Now I am stuck with 20 Christmas cards that will cost me $65 after they are mailed!!! I have uninstalled my app and told others of my plight and they have done so also."

Ruined Christmas cards

"iam so dissatisified with how snapfish handled my order. We are all human and make mistakes, but as a company, or even a person, its how we handle the mistake that really matters.

Not only did they cut my daughter out of my cards, but wanted me to re-place the order, and would refund me the shipping later? And your "fixing" the issue was to pay for the 2nd order?

What about the time lost? No compensation for the extra week it would take me to get cards i paid to recieve correct on the 5 th! just you'll pay to order more, AFTER i place the order?

have to talk to India to get any help

"I ordered my holiday cards and was excited to get them early. My 7 yr old noticed that on the back the year says 2016. I contacted customer service and they issued me a credit to change the date on the back. I went back to change the date and there is no way to change it on the template. Contacted India AGAIN and they said there is no way to change the year. BUttttt it's 2017. So no one cares that they are letting people order cards with last years date? Bizarre lack of concern for detail. I mean...it's a holiday card for 2017 not 2016. Really? Def NOT using snappish again. Bummer."

Awful customer service

"Order a phone case in the wrong size that was $40 and $12 for s/h and they wouldn’t let me cancel it, offer me a credit, change the picture or anything!!!!
Yes it was my fault but they wouldn’t EVEN TRY TO HELP OR ACCOMMODATE ME!!!
I AM A PROFESSIONAL SCRAPBOOKER! I PRINT 1000’s of PICTURES A YEAR! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
