"I am a long time satisfied customer. On line ordering was fast, easy, and placing an order only took about 10 minutes. Last order with new website was a disaster and it took over an hour to change my password and place an order. Once signed in, I had to re-sign in over and over. The sign-in logo came up every time I tried to choose an option on my account page. Shipping info is gone. Checkout is difficult.
I wish you had kept the old system as it was very efficient and easy to order from.
I like this company and will still be a customer but I wish this had been tested better before releasing it on unsuspecting customers."
"I've been buying most of my tobacco and tubes from Smoker's Outlet Online for a good while now; have been quite satisfied so far! They're always fast to ship, and haven't had any problems with crushed tubes like with other vendors. Price wise, they're a tiny bit more expensive than the local smoke shop, but 'local' is a bit of a stretch when ya live in the middle of nowhere; the time savings is well worth it in my opinion!"
