"My experience dealing with Smithgear was excellent. I ordered a wall phone and realized after placing the order that it was the same model. I had difficulty hanging up the receiver. I tried to cancel but it had already been shipped out. I spoke with a very nice service person, Andrew Smith who offered several suggestions and tried to resolve the issue with the old phone that I had. He suggested, if I chose, to keep the new phone and use the old one as a desk phone or I could return the new phone for a full refund.
Unfortunately, the newer model was constructed a bit differently (it had a wider base) and I was unable to attach it to the exisiting wall plate. I had to return it and did receive an e-mail indicating that there would be a full refund.
Mr. Smith was extremely helpful and pleasant and is certainly an asset to Smithgear.I wiould certainly recommend the website.
