"Their customer service has been declining, but this is the worst. I too had an order in that never came. Then I complained and complained, finally 3/5 came. Then I assumed that the rest would come soon. I just checked again and see the webdomain appears to be in someone else's hands. It is scummy they screwed over so many people. Too bad we can't rate them zero stars."

"My issues are identical w/Teresalee. Purchased vitamins 10/21/11. Rec'd order confirmation, but never rec'd my vitamins. My credit card was charged however! Made a half dozen "requests" w/no response. My order too said Warehouse Processing. I've been ordering for the last 3 yrs. w/no problem. Very disappointed. How can I get a refund"

"Four months ago today I ordered Magnesium Malte, Oct 18, 2011 I checked on it and there webb page said "Warehouse Processing Order", November 13, wrote requesting info on this product, recieved a notice would hear from someone within 3-7 business days, the same on November 21, 2011, December 4, 2011 requested they cancel my order and credit my credit card, since they took out the money right away in September plue call 1-***-***-**** and spoke with a young lady at 9:00 a.m. name (proably not spelled correct) Tasian she also said my request to cancel was recieved and my credit card would be credited. Today Jan 18, 2012 I called the above number an it isn't a working number, my card has NOT been refunded either. I'm ready to call the fraud department on these people!!!"

"Have bought products from Smartbomb.com regularly a few years ago with no issues. But they are now a terrible company with virtually no customer service. Placed an order a few months ago and still have not received one of the items. With no phone number or live human customer service now, I had to complain by email. Still no response and no product two months later. There should be laws against this kind of business."

"I ordered for years from smartbomb. A half year ago I had a question about an order and wanted to change it. I never got an answer. So now I thought I give it another try and ordered again. I am waiting since end of September for my order. I also sent an request "where is my stuff" to smartbomb and never got a response. smartbomb charged me already one day after my order!??? I do not like this at all? Very disappointed!!! Do not order from them!!! Very unreliable! They better give me my refund soon or I will report to BBB!!!!! To ignore a customer is a very unprofessional business!

So it turned out BBB is getting the mail back and stated that smartbomb must be out of business!!

After more research I found out that smartbomb is now partner of Naturalist.com. That is also the company which charged my account! Here the address and phone number. Another complaint is filed in to BBB. Hopefully they can help me! Here the contact address for everybody which has problems! Good luck!!! The smartbomb website needs to be shut down!!!

"I placed an order with them almost a MONTH ago and yet to have receive the shampoo that I ordered of course the payment went through, then I get the Order Confirmation e-mail a week later...
It was in poor judgement to go with SMARTBomb cause they ended up bombing on me, only reason I went to that site was cause I had heard a great review on it from a blog site.

I sent an e-mail today so I hope to get a "Speedy" reply.

"Worse vitamin site on the web!! I placed an order a month ago, it would be sent out immediately. Nothing. I contacted them and was told some items were on backorder. Why wasn't I informed? When asked if I wanted available items sent right away, I said yes. No items were sent. When I inquired yet again I was told the items were still backordered even though they were supposed to be in and sent the previous week. I requested the order be canceled and haven't heard back.I'm contacting my credit card company to resolve the billing issue, of course I was charged instantly. And, no phone customer service! That's right- you just get refered back to email communication. Bad, bad company."

"Still waiting on two of the four items purchased (CC was charged for the full amount!) in late May.

Initial shipment did not address the two missing items in any way (notice of back order).

Requested additional information from the company and was told the items would be shipped when they were available...no ETA!!!!

It's now almost July and I'm still waiting for this company to get their you-know-what together.

This is not the first time I've had issues with SmartBomb...I am officially NOT ordering from them again (vitacost.com is far, far better).

"It's so sad - smartbomb used to be a great site, with great prices, and quick shipping. My last order took over a month, and this time I'm going over three weeks with no delivery in site. Every time I log on, the ship date changes. They won't allow me to cancel my order.

I wonder what happened? I now read that they aren't paying their vendors.

Hopefully AmEx can help.

Hello. I ordered this item nearly a month ago and "Order Delayed due to Out of Stock Item(s) - Est. Ship Date 05/06/11" has been displayed. The ship date has changed twice now. I called Oshadi and they have not been out of stock for that item. Can you give me a good ship date? or should I cancell my order and re-order from Oshadi. Thanks for your help.

We had an ETA of 4-29-2011 and the supplier has yet to update their expected shipping date.

It may be another 5-10 business days before the warehouse receives this item.

Decided I would forward the above to Oshadi the manufacturer of the product. I received this from Oshadi reagrding Smartbomb:

Thank you for writing to us about your experience with Smartbomb.com Unfortunately about 5-6 months ago they stopped paying their bills. We had to write off the entire amount they owed us at the time and turned them over for collection. As a result, we are no longer shipping anything to them because they do not pay their bills. We made numerous contacts with them without successfully getting paid. They are not going to be able to ship to you. As I understand it, under the law, they are not entitled to take your money unless they can ship within a certain number of days, without getting your permission to delay it for a period of time, and would be required to refund your money if they cannot ship. If you paid by credit card you can certainly file a complaint with your credit card company and they will work out the refund for you. I am sorry that you have had this bad experience, but as you must no doubt be able to guess, we have no control over our customer in this case. I am very hopeful that you should be able to get your money back without mishap particularly if you paid by credit card.

"Ordered a product over a month ago which they never shipped (said it was backordered - though they processed my payment immediately). Several weeks later, I tried calling them, emailing them, and even FAXing them, to try to contact them and cancel the order since it obviously wasn't going to ship. I heard nothing back from them at all. Calling their 800 number was futile as the several times I tried over a week's period, their recording kept saying their systems were down and to leave a voicemail, which I did multiple times, but they never returned them. They must have the WORST systems in the world for them to be "down" so long. Finally, I filed a dispute with Paypal to refund my purchase price. They didn't even respond to Paypal, so it was automatically decided in my favor.

Reading previous reviews, this must have at one time at least been a semi-legit/decent company, but something has happened/changed. Stay far away if you value your money or your time.
