Terrible Customer Service:

"I needed some help with an oil seal that I purchased from Small Engines Pro Dealer. (Hernan Menjivar); he was very rude and wouldn't take time to understand my situation. Hernan also cut off the chat before I was finished. The bottom line is the correct seal was ordered, but it slides on really easy and oil leaks. I never replaced the seal before and never had an oil leak. Don't use this company."

Bait n Switch

"This is another one of those sites built by a pro to make you believe you will get superior products FAST, at great prices, with astounding customer service. WRONG!

The product is quoted as inexpensive, with an acceptable estimated delivery date. The hook is set. Considering the estimated delivery date provided, the average person doesn't question if the items are in stock. This is how it works from there.

Unfortunately, the customer awaits for delivery on the estimated date provided. Unbeknownst to the customer, the order is placed on the back burner, because something is "out of stock." They don't notify the customer of the problem. Instead, they order the part from their supplier. Based on their logic, once they order the item, it is not on back order. According to their "company policy" if an order is not on back order, it can't be canceled.

That's a scam! I doubt they have any inventory at all. If they did, why wouldn't they just cancel my order and put the item on the shelf, since they were out of that part, anyway? I wonder how many people have suffered this same aggravation!

"ordered part from their parts list for my machine. It doesnt fit. Wrong part. Now I would have to pay shipping to return for their mess up. Beware if you buy here. Also their chat didnt work nor messaging. I ll never buy here again."

I would give this company a 0 star if that was possible.

"I would give this company a 0 star if that was possible. The part was not shipped.
If you need the part - do not expect to get it in a timely manner.
Ordered the part on Sunday. Four days later on Thursday it was still not shipped.
14 minutes on hold when the machine said it would be 9 minutes.
The supervisor was unavailable to get on the phone. The owner does not take phone calls.
Expedited shipping was "not available". They refused to cancel my order, so I did it for them on the credit card.

Terrible service

"I ordered hustler blades for 54"cut purchase detailed showed blades but I only received 1 then I was told 1 blade was $32.00 I tried to send it back called and emailed and got the run around told to take pics I did and sent 2 times but told I did not then told I couldn't use the box it came in I had to buy another box to put that box with blade in inside the new box had to pay shipping and 20% restocking fee then was contacted by another person to start that all over again got tired of all the emails back and forth could not get phone call to work I am on disability but I finally told them to keep my money they did not seem to mind keeping the money"

One star is too high. 0 is what this place is

"In May I ordered a part. Website said shipping in 24 hours. I received a confirmation email. Then nothing. I called after no movement in a week to be told part was on back order. After two weeks I sent an email to see what was going on. 1 week later I received an email to be told still on back order. I called and spoke to someone and asked why the same part that was on clearance wasn't sent. I was told we don't have that part in stock now. Fed-up after waiting over a month for it I used their chat bot to cancel the order. It said someone would contact me in a little. Three hours later no contact. I called and message said I was caller 14 wait time 15 minutes. I could request a callback and not lose my place. I decided to wait on the phone. After 2 minutes I hear you are caller 16 in line. Then as it counted down from there, I had the number go down to 12. Then back up to 13. Down to 4 then back up to 6. 45 minutes later I get Hellooo how can I help you. You can hardly understand the person. It took me getting a bit rude to tell the guy I want a refund. He was it takes 24 hours to get Shipping to respond to the cancellation request then it takes 24 hours to issue a refund to your payment method.

Charged credit card - never shipped

"Ordered 2 small parts 5/11/2023 and they IMMEDIATELY charge credit card. After 8-days started calling and all they said is we have the parts and will ship tonight or tomorrow. NEVER do. They they start skirting calls saying their server is down or shipping dept is understaffed. I request a REFUND and they refuse. AVOID"

Still haven't received my package

"I placed an order last week and the website said the product was in stock however apparently it was not. It was supposed to be shipped last week meanwhile 4 days later and my package still isn't here after it was shipped. Fedex says tomorrow but we'll see. Should have gone with Amazon"

Missing, wrong, damaged parts, no help!

"Wendy Dimas and Alex Fattore both failed to correct their Small Engine Pro Dealer mistakes. They had a hard time understanding and acknowledging their (Company’s mistakes). After TWO MONTHS wait, there was no air filter I paid for, Echo stickers were folded up damaging them to destroyed condition, I got a large heavy engine cylinder that they labeled as an air filter. I have spent hours working on a solution but they won’t send my part I paid for without me working on fixing their mistakes for them.

Cheaper is never better! Spend a little more elsewhere for quality service from a reputable dealer. These guys are the worst and they don’t even care.
