"first off there is no phone # to contact anyone if you have a problem. they sent me my product that was faulty out of the box. all they could do to help was tell me to send the sight back to manufacturer. mind u this was not my fault but i had to pick up the cost of extra shipping to send my sight to a.r.m.s. inc. the only way to contact them is through email. when you have a problem you would really like to talk to someone not email back and forth. needlesss to say im done with Slims Tactical.
