"If you want to over-pay for products, then on top of already high prices, get shafted with $2.99 "Order Handling Fees", and ohhh .... the ever popular and virtually industry standard 3% surcharge for credit card payment, frequent poor & sloppy packing of expensive items (nothing is inexpensive in this industry), delayed shipping, poor order status communications, and having orders filled based on very limited inventory, then, Slim's in NOT the place for you to shop. Look for one of the plenty vendors more than happy to part you from your cash, and take you for a ride, at high prices (complete with the $2.99 and 3% fees).

During the recent past, I've dealt with only the allegedly most reputable and most popular vendors in this industry, as ranked and recommended by many of their respective clients in experiences shared over numerous pertinent boards/forums. I was never fully impressed, nor would rank any of those experiences on par with my 1st from Slim's.

The only way Slim's could improve on my shopping experience, is to give away the items for free and deliver them via courier and 'next flight out'!!! Of a dozen merchants I've dealt with over a period of under one year, Slim's is the only one I am taking the time to write a review for. Why? Because they earned it, deserve it, and not only blew away the competitors, but as far as I am concerned, they have set a new high watermark standard, not many in this industry will be able to even come close to, let alone match, or beat. As far as I am concerned, it is Slim's business to loose for the future.

Website info flow is excellent. Inventory status is right there (no surprises). Item description is correct, incl. mfg part # and UPC code so shoppers can compare apples v. apples. Order status communications are timely and accurate. Packing was as it should have been. Shipping time was prompt. Goods arrived just fine. And the pricing .... good luck finding better.

Have I been asked to write this review, or have I been offered any perk to do so? If so, I'd have never done it. If you've made past purchases from competing vendors, you'll agree with the validity and accuracy of the review. I simply wish to reward honesty and good service offered at a great price - a fast vanishing commodity."
