"Although the items were delivered as purchased, there were no instructions (probably not Slickcar fault). However, when I inquired as to why I did not receive the items via 2-day Air, their answer was: ...although we were open during the time you ordered (Friday afternoon), the warehouse was not; therefore your order was not placed into the system until Monday... The bottom line was (as the UPS tracking showed) - the order was not placed until the day I called (Tuesday). Then, to make matters worse - when I called 2 days later - they mistakenly used UPS Ground. They promised to refund the 2-day Air amount. We shall see."
