"Was real quick to say that you had item in stock and that item was shipped. Less than 24 hours later stated you made a mistake and so I had to go look elsewhere to find the Christmas gift. Not pleased with that and can't recommend Slickcar.com after my first experience. Not a very good first impression!!!!"

"First when I ordered the item they were the only one that said they had it in stock. Now it has been 7 days and the order is still processing. I attempted to contact them about the order but they never answered my E-Mail. I will give them a few more days to send a tracking number before I go through Pay-Pal to get some results. Right now I am not gonna give a good or bad review more due to the fact that it is the holiday's and I can understand a bit of a delay. But if I do not hear from them soon I will be forced to go through the pay-pal resolution center to get results. "

"These headlamps were ordered 12/2/2013 I was unable to obtain a tracking number until 12/11/13 even thou I was told it was shipped out shortly after I placed my order. Then when we contacted the 800 customer service number I was told it was shipping from California and that someone will call me back as they weren't open yet. After calling four days in a row and getting no where I was somewhat disappointed. Our order itself was NOT processed until December 11, 2013 with an expected delivery date of today so no I haven't received my items yet so I can't tell you whether or not I'm satisfied with the product. However I can tell you that for $350.00 which may not be much to you that your customer service needs improvement."
