"I would not suggest that anyone purchase from slickcar.com.
I ordered the item, paid for it through PayPal (thank goodness), received an email right away.
The slickcar.com website said my item shipped on 7-19-14 but I never received tracking information.
No one would answer emails or phone calls. I emailed about 10 times and called over 20 times, left a handful of voicemails but never received a response.
On 8-7-14 the slickcar.com website said my order was canceled and refunded. I never received the refund so I opened a dispute with PayPal and won. Thank goodness I used PayPal. Took about 2 weeks to receive my $ back.
Will never use this site again.

"i bought some caps for my Ford 15" wheels, i received 19" caps for a Toyota.... sent those back & i finally recieved my original order which DID NOT EVEN FIT MY WHEEL....!!! anyway, i sent those back to SKICKCAR in May of 2014 to get my account credited... It is now Sept 2014 & i still have not received my credit of $80 plus dollars... everytime i call, the voice mail box is full, therefore no way to leave a message or call back number.... ive sent numerous emails no respone from them... , in June i received an email acknowledging receipt of a tracking number they required to credit my account.... saying it would take 10 days to process... it is now Sept 3, 2014...3 months later & still no refund... very unprofessional the way these people conduct there business... do not deal with these shady business owners unless you want a huge headache & like to throw your money away..."

"Please people do not buy from this company www.slickcar.com they are robbing everybody, its only a matter of time the FEDS bust them but in the mean time they will continue to accept online orders for millions of dollars from helpless American people and they won't send nothing, not even an email. They will 100% rob you. Beware this is serious. Also if you did order from them, please cancel your debit/credit..... they will outright keep charging and racking up your card...... "

"I had ordered black dodge charger rims and when i received them they were not the right size. I did the RMA form for a return. It was accepted. I spent $200 to send the rims back and it has now been 2months and I have not been refunded. I send the company emails and call numerous times a week and always get the voice mail and i leave messages and never have I been called back. I WANT MY MONEY!!! "

"Ordered a part over 4 years ago, slickcar.com refuses to respond to any of the 3 emails I have sent them. I have called numerous times, all to be put on hold for over an hour then to be disconnected from the call as if someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I have called over 9 times to them!

First call: Young lady confirmed my order over the phone and clarified that said part (240sx short shifter) was in stock ready to ship, then forwarded me to the inventory manager; I was greeted after an hour with a loud click then an absurd dial tone!

Second call: Young lady once again picks up phone, tells me the sales manager is not in at the moment (11 AM EST). I proceed to leave a message.

Third call: Young man picks up the phone and conducts business with me very rudely. I ask to speak with the sales manager Steve, he proceeds to tell me that no such person by that name works here. I am greeted once again to a phone HANGING UP ON ME!

Fourth call: I immediately ask to speak with a manager in which I am then told that all associate managers are not of disposal??!!!?? REALLY!! That makes zero sense at this point.

This is horrendous for a business to conduct themselves in this manner. These actions are hardly professional. Not once did anyone but the receptionist give me the time of day to so much as even assure that I AM NOT GETTING RIPPED OFF! I made many more phone calls, but I am not even going to type those occurrences out. Mind you on the last call to this company, I could hear laughing in the background and someone asking to have all calls held for them while they go to purchase a pack of cigarettes! YOUR CIGARETTES CAN WAIT! I CANNOT!

Look at the damn order date slick car, this is terrible. HOW CAN YOU ADVERTISE A PRODUCT FOR THIS LONG AND STATE THAT IT IS READY TO BE SHIPPED! I bet you will finally view that email I sent you most recently even when I got the state wrong. Then probably use that email against me in some stupid OUT OF CONTEXT format as your company always does with every customer.

Have you ever heard the saying "The customer is always right". Well in this case I am!
