Friendly and helpful service from all the girls! Keep in mind, I didn't have any makeup on (looking all busted) and I still received amazing customer service lmao. Sometimes make up stores judge you but not here!
The girls were very knowledgeable on their products! Even walked out with samples of new products (which I rarely ever have the courage to ask for haha).
The girl, I forgot her name, was extremely professional, answered all my questions and made me excited to return to buy the new products she gave me samples of!

"I wish I'd looked more closely at reviews for this company before I ordered. Check out the one for the Better Business Bureau. I've tried and tried to return an item with no response from the company. I have made three calls. They hung up on my rather than answer the first one. The subsequent calls were recordings to send an email and had no option for leaving messages. The three emails have not had a response."

"I received my shampoo through the mail and I opened it and it was the wrong shampoo. I done a return and they ask if the product had been used. Come on it wasn’t the right product and I wasn’t going to use something that didn’t smell near the same as the product that was supposed to be in the bottle. Can you believe customer service is going to argue with a paying customer? They told me I could get partial payment back. I’ll pour it out before I have to pay for not only shipping but just getting partial payment back. I will never order from them again. Horrible horrible customer service. I’ve had to do two returns but all I get back is an email from a ms. Jessica asking me had the bottle been tampered with. If this was my business I would give my customer there money back and send them a label to return the product."

"Can't even call it customer service...I had been using SleekHair for a few years - they carried a line of hair products I couldn't find anywhere else. After some time, I also started using NYX Doll Eye mascara. My latest tube of mascara arrived completely dried out - the brush was even completely clean. I emailed SkeekHair to try to exchange the tube (turns out it was exactly one week from the day I had received it). The following day, I received an email from Cynthia, and here it is:

Needless to say, I was livid. I tried calling the phone number, but you can't talk to a live person - they prompt you to email them instead. If you hold long enough, you can leave a voice message. I did both. Then I checked their website and it says you have 30 days to request a return or refund. They'll be getting no more business from me! I can't even believe she typed that in the first place. Wow!! "
