"This company sold me a Phytospecific relaxer kit with a loose lid, resulting in a dried out relaxer cream. When I complained and asked for a replacement, they would only offer me a partial refund. Nobody opens a jar of relaxer to examine it. You open it when you are ready to use ir. Sleekshop’s 72 hour notification of a defective product is insufficient when it applies to relaxers or chemically sensitive products. In addition, customer service was extremely slow to respond to my emails. I won’t purchase from them again."

"I am disappointed in sleekshop. I paid extra for second day shipping and it did not ship out on the day they said it did and they refuse to reimburse me for the additional shipping charges. Even with proof that they did not ship it on time they still refuse to reimburse me. Now I have to have my bank do a charge back. I will not do business with them again. It is sad because I like what the company sells but I cannot do business with a company that I cannot trust."

"First, let me say that I was totally blown away by the speed in which I received this order. AND the order (Oribe and Davines, by the way) was wrapped in a nice tissue paper. The receipt was in a folder and I WILL ORDER AGAIN! I truly can't say if I could have found this cheaper elsewhere, but even if I could have saved a small amount, the service from this company was so good that I don't think I would care.
