"I ordered a catalogue from Skymall from their online catalogue. I received a confirmation number for that order. This was on Dec. 28, 2014. It is April 18,2015 and I have not received my catalogue or any communication from Skymall. On the website there is a Phone number to call which I tried and was told to go online to contact Skymall. This is simply an exercise in futility."
