"Ski essentials has all kinds of detailed information regarding all kinds of equipment. After extensive research on a set of skis and bindings I decided to go for it and order from ski essentials. I had an upcoming ski trip planned about a week and a half. I figured I had drug my feet too long to have my skis by the trip since I had the bindings mounted by them before shipping. I sent an email after a few days asking if they thought I may be able to have them in time expecting the return email to either say sorry no or just not receive one. I was met with an update on my skis with a tracking number to follow. It was great they took the time to research my order and even provide more information. They are very knowledgeable and great to reach out to. I highly recommend and I had a great experience on my new skis for my trip. They made it here with days to spare so I even got to ski them twice before going on the trip. "

"I had some apprehension ordering skis online and had never purchased anything from Ski Essentials in the past. All I can say is the next time I need to purchased skis Ski Essentials will be the first place I shop. The price was excellent but I was concerned if they would arrive in time for Christmas to my daughter in Colorado. I spoke to Mike A in customer service and he was nothing less then the ski Santa making sure he could get skis to their final destination for the holidays. Mike was kind, patient and reassuring that he would get the skis out of their facility and to the destination before Christmas. Well I am writing this review today, December 22nd, and my daughter is already skiing them. In terms of customer service Mike could not have been better and while we are sometimes promised a high expectation and the actual result falls far short, Mike delivered on what he promised and then some. It is always a pleasure dealing with a person who seems to enjoy their job and does it well. I for sure will be a repeat customer. Happy Holidays."
