"The product was received with a part missing. Upon opening the package, I noticed the product did not have the normal new unopened package wrappings such as screen protector and clear plastic wrapping to protect the finish. I noticed that the AC/DC charger was missing. I'm not sure if the item was new or not. So far I haven't had a problem with the tablet operation. A charger was later sent to me. "

"I ordered a Denon AVR-891 7.2 Receiver online from 6th ave. and was very pleased with the whole process. As a comparison, I had mail-ordered 2 floorstanding Advent Legacy II speakers from them some 25+ years ago (which I still use), and was very pleased with their service then too. It's good to see that they are still doing an excellent job after all these years. If anything, with the better communication options we have available now, the whole experience is actually better than ever.

They did a great job of keeping me informed of my order status all throughout. The receiver arrived exactly when promised, double boxed and in great condition.

I can't recommend 6th ave. enough. JOB WELL DONE!

"Consider me a totally satisfied customer! The Midland WR-120 Weather Radio is so new that very few retailers even know of its existence, much less have it in stock. Combined with the great price and free shipping, I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. I will certainly look to Sixth Avenue for future needs."

"Bad experience!
I ordered a Dyson dc25 animal (purple with a wand attachment) and received a Dyson dc25 (yellow no attachment). Different vacuums, different prices.
I contacted them and said there was nothing they could do and they would send me a return label and refund my money once they received the vacuum. Am I getting refunded the interest? No! Am I getting the vacuum I wanted.... No, why because they don't know if they have any in stock.
Let me check....yes you do as you are selling them on your website and it's in stock.
Well sorry I can do anything about it you would have to contact the sales department!!! What??? You are customer service! Sorry I can't do anything about it.
And it goes on! So don't shop here as they won't send you the correct product, or go out of their way to make it right.

"Was extremely pleased with order. Was suprised to learn 6th Ave ships all over US. Buying electronics in Colorado is awful, products are outdated and always overprised expecially from BestBuy. I like that you can speak to a live customer rep that speaks English and lives in NJ, wow. Ever try to even contact Amazon by email, no way.
Package came in origional box packed in a padded larger box, I think it could have fallen off a bridge and survived.
Thank you 6th Ave for your great deals and super service.

"Everything with this order has gone slowly. When I purchased it, I thought I would receive it in a couple days. Then I got an email saying it would take up to 21 days to ship! The tracking website did not work when I put in my tracking number either. I don't think I'll use 6th Ave again."

"I bought my TV online on Saturday, it was shipped out on Monday. I got an excellent price on a 3-d Panasonic plasma. I'd been looking at them for awhile. The 6th Ave staff were great. I highly recommend 6th Ave.

Unrelated to 6th Avenue, but something to keep in mind. UPS tried to deliver the TV to the wrong address. UPS then tried to tell me I missed the delivery. UPS made numerous promises and just let me down repeatedly. I'd recommend choosing a different shipping method than UPS.

"Item does not work. In the process of returning it. Obvious item has been around for a long time. Box looks well worn but not damaged. Big disappointment. Waiting for return label now. Would like to get it out today, but service guy said it could be 3-4 hours before I get the label. Way too long for this to happen. Will try this one more time and hope for better results. First time I've ever had to return item purchased online!!!"

"I was very satisfied with the overall treatment I received from the staff of Sixth Avenue. The order was easy online and they called me very soon after to deliver my TV. Even the delivery guys were very good and friendly. The only thing I wish is that they have a set up person come to explain all the features of my new set."
