"Overall I had pretty good shopping experience at 6th avenue electronics. The order and shipping status could be tracked on-line, which was very helpful. The only suggestion is to send a shipping advisory when the product gets shipped. The product (2x80lbs speakers) arrived well packed (double cartoon) and the UPS driver carried them into the house."

"Great products and prices! My only problem with this order was I ordered four units but only three were available. I was told three would be shipped and fourth would be shipped when back in stock. I then received a box with three, but invoice said ordered 4, shipped 4. I had to call to find out that item is no longer available and I would receive a credit for remaining unit."

"The product did not work when it was received. I suspected it was dead batteries. I replaced the batteries, and the product worked. I requested a refund for the cost of the batteries and received a prompt response. The item was no longer in production and apparently the stock is very old and that is why the batteries were not good. That should be a "buyer beware" experience to consider when ordering products online in the future."

"Sixth Avenue Electronics is fine. No complaints about them.

However the Logitech harmony universal remote I purchased through them was a complete waste of money. The remote does not support my Samsung TV, or my Sony Blu-Ray player, or my Dish Network box, or my Popcorn Hour video Juke Box.

Logitech support was of no help either. Shined me for weeks, and had me reboot my PC to program the remote. The PC was not the issue, the remote is.

"I ordered a Panasonic Camcorder and it got delivered by UPS in front of my apt door which is not inside a closed building. I thought it was not delivered and when I tried to track online, I found that it was delivered a week ago. I was really shocked to know that my package was lost. I don't know whether it was the fault by 6th AVE or by UPS. I informed 6th ave abt it and investigation is going on. I am hoping that 6th ave will some how get back my camcorder else refund my money. Anyway the handycam is really good and I bought the same model before for my uncle and it works great."

"So far i have nothing but praise for your company. It seems that you are honest and above all prompt. I received the item so fast that i had no time to return from vacation. "Hello All,

The company driven by people who probably do not understand any words related to ethics in business. For them if they see money steal it or loot it. Consumers are not fool these days and so the company is being punished. I had bought Samsung LED TV from RT1 store and one day later while I was passing through Springfield store I checked the price and I was shocked that prices were cheaper by $800 on the same model. I double confirmed with store manager and he assured about the prices and I took its quotation valid for the day only. Later I went to RT1 store to take the difference back but the store manager denied and thrashed out. Store manager pushed me out of store saying go to hell and try some where else to try for his money back. After that I made several calls to HQ and no success. They asked me to go back to store and resolve issues. One time customer service said they do not deal in price differences issues. I asked about the price protection guarantee etc which is plublished by company. Company denied ant attenmpt to fix it. Later through interruption of one of my friend working for company I could get the money back with lots of personal requests made by that guy. Later company cheapted with same guy too and did not pay his salary for several months. Earlier he was trying to calm me down while now he suggests to post at internet. I told him that you are not working for right company who can not be honest with consumers how they can be honest with employees. I guess owners should learn how a loyal employee turns back to company because of policies of company.
