"Perfect--Chair arrived with regular free delivery in just 36 hours to my office! I couldn't believe it. I was prepared to wait 1-2 weeks after ordering on Tuesday night. But this morning (Thursday) my new Aeron Posture Fit was delivered. Item is perfect with exact options I requested. Price on Herman Miller furniture is pretty much fixed and there isn't much variation between dealers, but here in NYC, by ordering from sit4less, I didn't have to pay almost $100 in taxes and delivery was free. Hard to beat that deal. I would easily recommend this company. Only suggestion (if they read this) is to send a confirmatory email after an order is placed as is done with every other website I've ever bought from. I was able to see the order when I went to "My Account", but still, they should send an email. "

"Good experience with the website. However, the website should have informed me that an item was well into a backorder status prior to my purchase/payment. It was not until after 24hours that I recieved an email explaining the availability of the item. I think a 2 week backorder deserves some information upfront, rather than after the purchase has been completed. "

"Too early to tell. I got a phone call saying delivery would be delayed as this chair wasn't carried in stock. To the best of my knowledge this wasn't clearly indicated on their website, so they lose points for not registering that, but gain for making the call. "

"Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. I failed to read the description fully and didn't realize I was buying an Aeron chair without adjustable arms! Who would have even thought they would make one! Not the fault of Sit4Less, just an added comment."

"My biggest complaint is that I wasn't contacted about the chair, which was a gift, was back-ordered and I would have to wait a couple more weeks to receive the chair. The gift was very late, but once I got it, it went together well and he is happy with it."

"Update on my order.

I was contacted by sales manager Mike Wade, who explained that their shipment promise was in error due to an inventory snafu. He apologized for the delay and said my order was shipped as of Feb 15, and gave me a FEDEX tracking number, plus $35 dollar credit. Wow! That is dedication to customer service. I guess even good companies sometimes make mistakes, but Sit4less goes above and beyond the normal course of business to rectify any problems. I therefore withdraw my complaints and apologize to the employees of Sit4less, who strive to deliver quality products to their customers. I highly recommend Sit4less as an honest retailer.

"The unit was sent to me pretty severely damaged. I called sit4less and the agreed to send one AFTER receiving mine back. Alternatively, I could pay up front for the second foot rest and get it shipped immediately.

Considering that I had been shipped damaged goods I pushed back on this and they finally agreed to send me the replacement immediately without having to pay up front. Requiring someone to pay up front for expedited shipping to replace a damaged product or face waiting for 7+ days for it is ludicrous, I probably won't buy from sit4less again unless that policy is changed.
