"I placed an order for a family member, from her home. Items were in stock and shipped immediately. I have ordered from Simplybargains many times now and have never had a problem. I noticed most of the complaints are coming from hardware purchases. I have not ordered hardware here, nor do I plan to. When using the internet to shop for the best prices, use some common sense. If the seller deals PRIMARILY in one item (i.e. inks) only buy that product. You will be a much happier online buyer :)"

"I ordered a laptop battery from this company on 24 March 2003. I finally received the damn thing on 4 April 2003, but it's the wrong type. It's not even compatible. I have sent them three e-mails since asking to correct this problem, and I have gotten nothing. SimplyBargains is simply bad. They do not take customer service very seriously, despite what their website proudly proclaims."

"Wish I had found this site before ordering. Have now contacted them three times (via email) about the fact that no order has ever arrived. NO RESPONSE! I have no idea of the status of my order, although notes on their site indicate they have billed my credit card. They do not give a UPS tracking number. I plan to contact the Miami, Floridy Better Business Bureau if the order doesn't show up by next week -- and start the effort to have my credit card company reject their bill."

"I read the comments before ordering and was leary, but the price was so darn good, I figured, "At best I'm out $27 Bucks." I purchased 4 ink cartridges on the 23rd of Feb and received them on the 26th of Feb. I wouldn't have expected that even if they had perfect 10's across the board. I will purchase all the ink cartridges I ever need again from them."

"I had the unbelievable experience of having to call 8-10 times after placing an order, and STILL not recieving what I had ordered. Most of the customer service people were courteous, but one of them put me on hold as I was complaining about the amount of time I was spending trying to get my order shipped. Two others tried to cut me off as I was trying to tell them to reship my order.

The service I recieved was so poor, I searched the net to make sure that they were a bona fide reseller (that's how I found this site). I never imagined doing business with a company with service this poor, I would not have thought service this poor existed.

"I placed an order with SimplyBargins for inkjet cartridge refills, 12 days after placing the order I received an order confirmation. It has been an additional 14 days and I haven't received any merchandise or shipping confirmation although I have been billed for the order. They don't acknowledge emails and I've been unable to reach them by phone."

"My first order for sound cards was promptly shipped. My second order for more sound cards was promptly charged to my credit card but was not shipped. After about 6 calls to their toll free number they shipped. My last order was for 3 "Motorola Chipset 56K V 90 Modem, Retail Box." They wouldn't connect at more than 33K so I asked for return authorization, which was promptly granted. I returned them but did not receive credit. Florida is too far away for me to take them to small claims court."

"I recently ordered 50 pengo mini cdr's in jewel cases for 65 cents each. In the mail I recieved 50 unbranded mini cd's with no cases. I called and complained and was told to send them back for a refund. I refused, talked to a different manager and was told the cases were on their way. 3 days later I recieved 50...sleeves. I called back and was promised the correct shipment and 5 days later I revieced 50...more unbranded mini cdr's with no cases. I am still in the process of getting what I purchased but will never purchase from them again."

"I have oreder twice from this company I should have learned my lesson the first time. First experience (I let this one go did not post here). Ordered 4 in cartridges took 5 days to ship when received packing slip showed all 4 shipped but there was only three in the box. Called they said guess what computer error they were out of stock but did ship me the missing item a week later. OK mistakes happen. Now my second order. They confirmed the order and charged my credit card. a week later still no confirmation of shipping. Called them. After checking they told me the problem was, yes again the computer was wrong, that they thought they had the items in stock but 2 of the 4 ink cartridges I ordered were actually out of stock. I cancelled my order they credited (I hope can't check yet) my credit card which by the way should not have been charged since the items were not shipped buy YES computer error. Enough said"

"Ordered a TR-4 Travan tape for a tape drive. got an email on march 6th that said they had server problems that month and are filling orders as fast as possible. I cancelled my order on March 20th. no product. It was so long, that I don't know if my debit card was charged or not. :( I don't know if I would order from them again. "Order was confirmed promptly with message saying I would be advised when shipped. I never was. The order arrived but two of six items were wrong part number. Have sent 20 emails with no response. All contact links come back "undeliverable". I phoned about the problem and I was told that customer service would call me back. They never did.
Now, they clutter my inbox with Ads. Stay away from this company!
Update: I have now sent over thirty e-mails with out a single response.
