"Only order from this site if you’re going to 100% wear what you’re ordering! I purchased a dress to possibly wear for a wedding. I wanted a few options to choose from. Apparently to make a return, you have to request a return label within 7 days otherwise you are stuck with your purchase. Luckily I did on day 6. You then have 5 days to send the mercy back. The return label they sent me wouldn’t populate. I had to contact customer service 3 times before they finally gave me a supervisor who sent me a new link to the label. This was day 4 in my shipping window. Also, they charge a 10% restocking fee! My mother ended up wearing the dress she purchased from this site only because she was stuck with it since we were not made aware of the return policy."

"I have only had to send one dress back due to the dress not being what I expected, but customer service helped me out with no issues. Every other dress has been great. I would say you have exceeded my expectations SD's. The dresses are cheap, well made, great looking, and every one of them has fit perfectly. I love the fact I can search by event and they will try to send the dress to you before the event. This dress wasn't any different. The only issue I wasn't too thrilled about was the fact that the tag was sewn into the whole dress and not just the lining, so I had the black stitch marks on my back, but with a little alteration it looks great and you can hardly see the imprint of the stitch marks.
