"I received an email after I placed my order which said, I forgot to order installation. I went back to the order and was unable to order local installation because my cart was empty- how confusing.
Called them three days ago and asked for help to get local installation and order department was to speak to installation department and get back to me. NO RESPONSE-CRICKETS!!

"The only reason I gave 1 star is for the help I received from the 1 customer service employee, Julie Congdon, when my order failed. I ordered 4 compact car tires and it took 17 days to receive the complete set of tires. Not sure if the company is not taking delivery serious, but there's no reason for tires to be split up when they are going to the same address. Nonetheless, I would like to thank the customer service employee for doing her best to help out with the situation and expedite my order. The replacement tires arrived quicker than the initial order I placed. The price would have to be outrageous for me to use Simpletire to order tires in the future."
"First and foremost the pricing was phenomenal and the availability of the tire shipping was very quick even though some complaints were on the website about it I did not use their installers I had somebody else do it and they were impressed so they have now submitted their application to be an installer for this company which says a lot. "I have a friend who has a garage. None of his suppliers could get the Yokohama Geolanders I wanted, all back ordered. Simple tire had them at about his wholesale cost so I ordered 4 on Friday afternoon and they were at my shop mid day Sunday! One of my friends big wholesalers charges 25.00 a tire for shipping, but Simple tire charged 12.00 total. Absolutely cant be beat."
"I called customer service since it was the last day of 60% off and I needed help. I just needed a spare tire for my old truck and didn't want buy the higher price Cooper tires I have on it now that I bought from you, since this will just be a spare. Sharon spent a half hour with me trying to find a compatable tire in height that was less than then the $100 that I wanted to spend. Sharon knows her tires and I tried to send her an email thanking her for the time and great customer service after we talked but it came back to me rejected. I tell everyone about your company since I have had such wonderful service and the tires are great ! I bought 4 for my Grand Am and it was a brand I had not heard of, I researched, ordered them and they were great in the snow, rain and handling, since I had to buy high performance tires.

"Unless you send the tires directly to a tire place within their network with an appointment you must already have prior to ordering you will not receive the promo to save 100$ on install. I’m going to one of their in network installers but had them sent to my home because I live in an area with sporadic deliveries and may take longer than expected(not simple tire issue) I ordered on the 19th of the month with expected three days to receive them however I received them on the 26th.I feel like the discount should still be available all things considered. Hopefully this helps you and hopefully they post this we will see"
