"The tires themselves are great. However simple was not so simple with my orders. The order did not ship out on time. The company then just blames the carrier which is typical when in doubt pass blame however I checked with the carrier and they blamed the company for not shipping them. So who am I to believe. .
I ordered a 2nd pair and was having a bunch of issues with the order going thru their authentication link wouldn't open. I contacted sales support and was told that they'd give me a call back when they fixed the issue. However they never called back instead they cancelled my order. Anyways simpletire no thank you this will likely be my last order with this company. 1200 bucks on tires and still having these types of issues bye bye simple tire lost this customer. Don't tell your customers you'll call back then freaking cancel the order. Very unsatisfied bye bye Simpletire."

"Ordered from Simpletire because they listed my tire as “in stock” and advertised 2-day delivery. On the expected arrival date I was notified delivery was delayed one more day. I later received notice the shipment was cancelled and resent from a different location. In short, promised 2-day delivery ended up taking 7 days, inconveniently leaving us without use of the car longer than expected. Had I known shipping was unreliable I’d have used Tire Rack instead. Apart from delivery issues, everything else was fine."
"Was waiting for tires for 3 weeks from another tire company. The other company had no idea where the tires even were. I contacted simple tire and they price matched the tires and had them shipped to me within 3 days. Will be buying more tires from them. "

"The order process was a great tool; however the delivery process was horrible. I received the tires a week after the schedule delivery date. When I called for information the customer service agent had no information and it was a waste of time speaking with him. The delay on the tires for my company vehicle cost me a week of revenue. There should be a better tracking system and a way for the customer service agents to assist the actual customer versus give us a computer written script. "
