Worst Company EVER!

"I had 2 significant issues with SIlkletter. The first one is not getting my refund for a canceled order until I reached out to them and said it was 28 days since the cancellation and I should have gotten my refund. They replied that it was an oversight and would refund it in 2 - 3 business days.
The second issue was that I received an order for flasks, and they were incorrectly printed, missing words under the logo. I had email confirmation on my order, but the salesperson PAT used the wrong order number. This has been going on for over a week, and I just want my correct order sent to me.
Not to mention you never can get a hold of anyone at the company when you call the phone number listed.
My word of advice is to not use this company! It is not worth the time or aggravation they give you.

Canceled Order and Never Told Us!

"I placed an order on 12/16 for a product that was suppose to be delivered 12/30. On 1/3 when I still hadn't heard anything I went online to find my order had been canceled. When I reached out to them they informed me that the product I ordered was back ordered and that they tried to call me but couldn't reach me. They didn't use the email they had on file nor did they leave a voicemail when they called.

When I questioned all of this I was just told, Sorry.

I will never order from this company again. Their lower product costs could cost you in the end when you don't have any product!

Poor Communication, Great Product

"I accidentally misspelled my email. Because of this I never received an order email. I tried to contact you numerous times via email and by phone and never received a response.

The fanny packs were great quality but because of the poor communication our organization will not be ordering from you.

Horrible experience

"Horrible experience from beginning to end. I ordered custom fanny packs with a business logo. They sent me the 125 fanny packs with the logo and "enter your text here" over top of it. They then refused to correct them, refund me, or return my phone calls. I purchased these to give away at an animal fundraiser. "

"I order over $600 worth of fanny packs with a company logo. The product I received had the words "enter your text here" across the logo. They are totally unusable and the company refuses to fix the order or provide any refund."

great until the end

"The site is easy to use and navigate. I was disappointed when my digital proof didn't come with my invoice like they said it would but I could overlook it because I knew I had uploaded the correct logo and was willing to put trust in them. When I went to pay the invoice the only option is PayPal and I don't like, use or trust PayPal so I cancelled my order. I know, it's their choice to only accept PayPal and I have no problem with that but it's my choice to find someone who will just accept my credit card."

NO Communication and Terrible Customer Service

"I ordered two products -- water bottles and bags. I received the water bottles before the guaranteed date, but shortly before that date I had heard nothing. I contacted the company and was told that they were still in production and I'd be notified when they shipped. I finally received that email the day after the package actually arrived. I am still waiting on resolution with the bags I ordered. They were supposed to arrive 6 days ago. I contacted the company that day, was told that they were still in production, but when I would receive them was out of their control. I asked if they could guarantee overnight shipping them as soon as they were out of production. The person wasn't sure, but would get back to me. I never heard back from anyone. I contacted the company again and this time I was told that there was a problem with printing my graphic. I demanded that they contact me and deal with this issue immediately so that I could get the bags. They didn't call. I called and left a message. They didn't return my call. I called again and finally spoke to someone who confirmed that there was a problem printing the gradient in my logo on the bags, but she didn't refund my money and couldn't tell me if they were going to get the bags to me. Now that it's too late to order from anywhere to have the bags for my awards ceremony this weekend, I still don't have my money or my bags. The utter lack of communication is astonishing. I don't know how they are successful with no one bothering to contact the customer when a problem has arisen. I'm disgusted with customer service reps that keep saying "I understand" but then don't do anything to actually help make the situation right. If someone had contacted me to let me know that they were having a printing issue and then worked with me to get something useable, I would not be nearly as upset. However, I've been told multiple times that the company has no control over my order. I've not received a single apology for the way they've dropped the ball. It actually seems like they're trying to ignore my order and hope that it will just go away. Not one person has made me feel like my business matters to them. About the only way I'd try ordering my annual awards from them again is if they got the bags to me AND refunded me for all the ways that they've dropped the ball."

shorted 2 bottles

"I recently ordered 168 clear 34 ounce water bottles and they came promptly. However, upon opening one of the boxes, I realized I had been shorted 1 bottle. So I opened the other boxes in the shipment and the same happened with another box, so I was shorted 2 bottles out of 168. Not a really big deal, but disappointing."

Horrible Service, Fought for Refund

"I would warn anyone against using this company. The short version is that they charged me for a product I didn’t approve, never shipped, and at this point I don’t believe the product ever existed. They gave me the run around and I fought them for 3 weeks to get a refund.
The Long version: I placed my order for a tablecloth, was going back and forth with the team about my artwork when suddenly I got a shipment notification. I called confused, saying I had never approved a proof. They acknowledged I never approved a proof and said they would look into it and call me back. I received a call back and was told that when I purchased the tablecloth using heir website that was the “approval” for the artwork I had originally sent. I was angered by this for 3 reasons: 1. My order confirmation said specifically that I still needed to approve a proof before print. 2. I had emails going back and forth with the art team that also said they wouldn’t print without an email approval from me. 3. They specially told me on the (theoretically recorded) phone calls that I still needed to send an email approval of the proof before they could process my order. I assertively insisted that their policy was clear and that I didn’t want whatever product they were shipping because I didn’t approve it. At this point it’s clear to me that they have no intention of taking responsibility for their mistake. I await another call back that never comes so I call them, getting angrier, and tell them I want a refund. On this call I’m told that I need to wait for the product to arrive, reject it from UPS, and once it gets back to them they’ll issue me a refund. Silly on my behalf, I agreed. But a couple days later I called UPS and asked if a seller could recall their own package and they said at ANY TIME a shipper can stop shipment and have the package returned. So I called SilkLetter, now furious because this has taken up too much of my time and their customer service has been abysmal. I demand the refund but am told I need to send their product but to them. I tell them they can recall their shipment whenever they want and I want my refund. They make me send them an email explaining the situation and asking for a refund, which I did, then received an email that my refund would be processed on Friday (which they said MANY times was the ONLY day they process refunds). So I wait 3 business days after Friday and STILL NO REFUND. I email and threaten to report them to the Better Business Bureau and they respond saying they just processed my refund (which is now a Wednesday by the way, even though they ONLY process refunds on a Friday). It has been exactly 4 weeks since the beginning of this debacle and too much time spent, but I finally got my refund. Oh, and the product never arrived. The tracking # indicates that the package is still “preparing for shipment” hence there seemingly was no product shipped in the first place. Please save yourself the headache and use another vender.
