"Sad to say but this product was very bad this time. I've used Signs.com for years. I ordered signs printed on foam core. There was a large area of blue that had terrible coverage, you could see the printer marks. And the text came out fuzzy, despite the file I provided being vector, so impossible to mess up. I suspect their production quality is declining as they grow. "

"I ordered two custom printed cloth banners. Using the website was relatively easy, however when it came time to check-out, I could not get the Paypal option to work. I attempted several times and would get stuck within what seemed the signs.com website, not Paypal's fault. I finally switched to an alternate way of paying and then received confirmation of my order. Shortly thereafter, I received multiple emails from signs saying that I still needed to complete my order, even though I got confirmation. "Pick up where you left off" e-mails 8 times in a matter of two days. I called customer service and received confirmation, but no explanation about why I received so many emails about my order not being submitted. I presume this is an automatic algorithm, which is very confusing from the customer's side. Technology isn't always easy."

The company sent me a proof based on my needs and after one clarification on where the holes were to be placed for hanging, they got it right. "Sign looks cheap. It looks like it is printed on cardboard or posterboard. For $500, we expected something much more professional looking. Standoffs are tiny and not what they look like in the picture. Even at the thicker size, sign is too thin. You can't even notice the polished edges we paid extra for. We are not happy with our purchase and are still in the market for a sign for our business. "
"I ordered a canopy tent and a 10' fence banner. Customer service was very helpful in getting my colors just right. I'm thrilled with how it turned out. I was literally in the process of ordering another banner when this 'request for review' came in my email from my last order.
Also worth mentioning - beyond the high print quality - the actual 10x10 tent frame is great! The roller bag is premium quality and should withstand a lot of wear and tear."

"Stay away from this signes.com business. I have been buying there signs for a while and I had many templates. They updated the site so all templates are gone. They informed me to contact a design specialist if I need any help. When I email them they never reply.
Recently, ordered dark gray surface of the sign and they printed pure white. After online chatting and emailing images of the sign I received, they agreed that it was wrong color printed. I sent images of the sign that clearly showed the pure white color they printed was not what I ordered.
First they replied that due to printing the colors may be different from what was ordered. Finally they emailed this:
“Our color specialist has finished reviewing this and has confirmed this item was printed correctly per how it was ordered and this grey is identical to the file uploaded. This item does not qualify for a reprint and your claim has been closed.”

"I've reached out about our problems with this order and am waiting for response. I was expected to order a cutout of our logo in the dimensions I provided upon checkout. However I received a large poster decal with our logo (not cut out) in the middle and very small. We considered using a box cutter to cut out the logo but it was too tiny for our large wall regardless. This was a very expensive wall decal and we hope to get this fixed soon. "
