"I will not buy again from this store. I bought a Veneto Freestanding Stainless Steel Shower for my dock, paying $622.95
As it was a new house, I just opened the box to assembly, after 5 days that is the number of days they offer to a possible claim.
The shower tower iwas bended and the shower back was missing screws. And the package was great, so, it is not a shipment problem, the problem was already there, before the shipment.
I contacted them ( Mrs. Laverne) and explained , sending pictures but they didn't care. They never replied, even when I asked to tanke my case to a manager.
Please don't do the same I did...
AFTER MY REVIEW, THE STORE CONTACTED ME AND THEY SENT A NEW SHOWER TOWER, TO CHANGE IN MY UNIT, CHARGING ME JUST THE FREIGHT.
GOOD TO KNOW THAT THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION AND I AM GLAD THAT I FOUND THIS SITE THAT SOLVED MY PROBLEM.
