"I challenge you to find a business that treats APO/FPO/Military/Embassy/Consulate customers (prospective customers) more poorly. Absolutely indifferent to our situation. Horrible, horrible, horrible to deal with. Not only will they not ship to us but they will NOT change their website so that you can place an order, have it delivered to a friend or family so that they can re-ship it to you. When their website recognizes your I.P. address as being outside of the U.S. you cannot get prices or order on-line. In over 30 years and probably thousands of orders through mail order and Internet shopping I've never experienced such indifferent if not anti APO/FPO/Military/Embassy/Consulate attitude. Truly miserable to deal with Signature Hardware. Disgusting experience. "

"Not satisfied yet. Ordered bathroom sink faucet which runs warm water thru both cold and warm sides (single lever). They sent a new cylinder promptly, but that did not work either. Even bought and installed check valves, to no avail. If you blow into the warm water supply pipe on faucet, air comes out the cold water supply pipe. A little frustrated as now we have to return the faucet and wait while they decide whether to repair or replace it, rather than just sending us a new faucet while we return this one. Don't like their policy on this. Sort of feel like we're punished/inconvenienced for manufacturer's faulty product. Time is a problem, as we are full time rv'ers and leave this location in a week."
