"Received the item I ordered within a week, however I didn't realize I would have to pay $9.99 for a return label that should be provided for free as most companies do. I just wanted to exchange but I won't even do that considering this terrible policy. That price is a third of what I paid for the item. "

Waste of time

"Takes two to three weeks for them to even process an order much less send it. When you do get an email saying 'it shipped' all that happened is a label was printed. The product then sits several more days before it leaves the building. They will gladly accept an expedited shipping fee then after you pay you get an email that says it wont ship for three weeks but hey when it does you might get it the day after that. This is by far the absolute worst online shopping experience EVER."

Terrible Customer Service

"Paid $25 for 1 days shipping NO items arrived next day and when I called they immediately said they would be happy to take them as a return at an additional cost of $9 PER SHIPMENT (everything came in 2 shipments within a week). So I'd have to pay $18 for their mistake And my original $25 I overpaid for shipping. Never order from these people. They didn't even attempt to help me!"

Bad Service

"I ordered 2 hoodies and paid extra for 3 day business shipping. It's been 6 days and I have yet to receive my items. I called customer service and they told me there is 3 days processing and then it's 3 days shipping. I explained how misleading that was and she told me sorry, not her problem. Don't understand how this site is still up!!!"

Blackhawks Hat Display Case Issues

"I had an issue with a Chicago Blackhawks hat display case. I called up Customer Service and was quickly sent a return case. The 2nd case arrived and that had a large scratch in it. Again, I called up customer service and spoke with Genevieve. After sending pictures, she worked with the manufacturer to obtain a refund. I'm disappointed that both cases had issues in-transit, but am happy with the service of Genevieve to quickly resolve the issue and obtain a refund."

Mind-blowing that this site is still up and running

"I ordered a toronto makes leafs stadium series jersey during a sale, 60% off! Inventory when I checked out says 10 left. Great! Get a confirmation email after saying it's in stock and ready to ship, credit card is billed and all is good. A week later I get an email stating the warehouse hasn't shipped it yet and they are looking into it. Wtf... go online to the chat with a customer service person. Guy says it's all good, jersey already shipped on the monday of that week and I'll get it in 3-4 weeks. Pretty **** it's going to take so long but at least it's on the way and the price is right. Then the following day I get another email, they canceled my order and are refunding me the money, sorry for any inconvenience and the item is ott of stock... ummm what?? Are you ducking kidding me? So I call them up. Lady says yeah, they canceled that. It never shipped and they must have been out of stock when you ordered. I'm like, how's that possible? No other online shop I've ordered from had run out of an item that I've already placed an order for and payed for. No other shops I know of will charge you before filing your order. This is insane, your colleague told me yesterday it had already shipped and now it is just canceled? She says I understand your frustration and I don't know why he told you it shipped but I can't do anything for you. I said, how are you going to make this up to me? She said I can give you a 10% discount code order a different one. Are you kidding my? 10%. Get real, I will never shop here again and this whole website is a joke. "

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

"I spent over $250.00 on a jersey with a PLAYERS name on it. All I wanted was to exchange for a different size and they said NO! I have spent so much money with this company in this past. I will never spend another dime with them and make sure anyone I remotely even speak about Hockey to will know my experience. Can't wait for the next Caps game to spread the word about how horrible this company is!! They care not about their customers satisfaction or if you post on social media, or spread by mouth. They have your money why do they care if your happy about it because people will continue to spend? BUYERS BEWARE!! A$$hats!!!"

Bad service and bad employees

"Ordered a hoody. They tell me they have shipped it the next day. A week later they say its a "special run" and won't ship until later. Still no hoody so I call. First a get a puppy rep so I talk to her supervisor. Just as unprofessional. Long story short. They never shipped anything. Would have never contacted me or refunded my money If I hadn't contacted them. According to the supervisor, the hoody never existed. So they took my money for something they didn't have. Would have kept it had I not demanded a refund. Don't waste your time on them. High end scammers."

Where is my order??

"I had order an item from this site before without incident. On 1/19 I ordered a personalized Jersey. Got a payment authorization from Paypay and an order confirmation from Shop.NHL.com right away. Said it should ship within 3 business days. I ordered this so I could have it BEFORE the 27th. Checked order status aon 1/23 and it stilled said Processing New. “Live Chatted” with Carlos who could not find any more info in the system and “put in a ticket” and they would contact me within 5 business days. Hmm this having this by Sat the 27th isn’t looking good. Called and spoke with a courteous customer service rep on 1/24 and she pretty much told me the same thing but left me with the impression that I should be contacted by email that day. This morning, 1/25 no email so I called again and pretty much got the same “song and dance”. Oh did I mentioned I wanted this by the 27th. SO based upon reviews here and on other review sites I will say DO NOT ORDER PERSONALIZED JERSEYS FROM THIS SITE! PERIOD!"

Misspelled Merchandise

"I purchased a Chicago Blackhawks sweatshirt from shop.nhl.com as a gift last year. The recipient never wore they sweatshirt because he noticed that it was spelled "Blachawks" and is a die-hard fan so would never wear a sweatshirt with the incorrect team name. He did't tell me at the time because I was new to the family. I was finally told this year and called customer support but since it was out of the warranty period and discontinued they won't even issue a credit. I can't believe that a store that calls itself shop.nhl is spelling team names incorrectly. They had to have other returned sweatshirts due to the incorrect spelling and never reached out to me. This is extremely poor quality and I am very disappointed to have spent money on a gift that has gone to waste. "

"I ordered something a month ago, was told it would be shipped within three days. Was told it would ship by the 15th of December. On the 18th of December, I called and after getting the runaround by robots and humans, they finally told me that it wouldn't arrive until after Christmas.
