Horrible Experience.

"If I could give them a zero star rating I would. I ordered a king size pillowcase online. When I received the item, it was only a standard size pillowcase so obviously did not fit my king size pillow. I called to let them know that I had been given the incorrect item. They told me that I could return the item but I would have to pay return shipping which was about $5. Why should I have to pay return shipping on an item that was the incorrect item to begin with? It was this company's fault that they sent me the wrong item, and yet I had to take the short end of the stick because of it? I ended up keeping the item because it cost almost as much to ship it back as the item did itself. I will never do business with them again."

"Stay away from this company. They will only let you return an item if it has never been taken out of the packaging and is something they can resell. If you want to buy something that has been in someone else's house, returned to them and then sent to you, go ahead. The sheets slip and slide all over the place and making the bed is a pain. The customer service was horrible. First I spoke with a woman who transferred me without even telling me she planned to do so. You could hear people screaming in the background. Then I spoke with a rude man who didn't even want to be bothered with anything I had to say. Never again will I deal with them, and I hope you don't either."

"I do most of my shopping online and have had positive experiences, until I ordered from shopbedding.com. When the item arrived, it was not what I ordered. There was no shipping receipt or packing slip in the box. After several calls and email inquiries, I have yet to receive information regarding returning the item. During one of my calls, I could hear a man in the background speaking loudly to another customer via telephone. This is the worst online customer service experience I have ever encountered."

"Products are good, customer service is slow and inefficient. They first sent me a wrong item and never reimbursed me for the shipping cost, even after several emails. So I would never again order from them even if the product was good (not cheap!)"

"We ordered a queen size unbleached mattress cover. It only came in two depths and based on reviews about how it fit we ordered the 9" depth. After struggling to get it on we have determined it will not fit. WE can not send it back because we no longer have the original wrapping and washed it before trying to make it fit. That is 26.30 wasted which included a large shipping fee of $ 10.35"

"Terrible customer service!!!

We purchased 8 panels total (4 panels in each package). The panels were all significantly darker and shorter than as advertised on the website. Because the cost shipping both packages back was too much, we decided to return just one.

We received a set of return instructions with the orders, so we followed them when we returned the panels the next day. However, it's been two weeks since they received our return as confirmed by the tracking number, but we still have not gotten our refund. During the two weeks, we have been in contact with them through multiple emails as well. Only when we called them did we get any helpful response by an unprofessional agent. Apparently, the address -they- told us to ship the return package to in the instructions is different from their address! At first they implied it was our fault for shipping the package to the wrong place, but we had copies of their instructions. They told us to call back in the morning so they can contact their supplier and we still do not have our refund.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS company. I purchased two vinyl covers for a CA king which were defective. They were rotten. I returned the unopened item and was told after it was received I couldn't receive any credit back for the returned item.

I have sent repeated emails and cannot get any response. They sold me bad products and will not honor their product.

The customer service personal DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. I have been dealing with Zeldy (no last name given)

"I ordered two sheets, one mattress cover, and four pillow cases, all of them "king." Everything was ok, except they sent a queen mattress cover, rather than the king that I ordered.

The paperwork says I am responsible for the shipping of returns. They sent the wrong item. Even the invoice confirms it. How can I be responsible for the return shipping? I am not happy, even though the quality of the other, correctly shipped items is ok.
