"The website was very easy to navigate. Although, they did not have a huge selection in the category I was shopping, I was able to find something in my price range. Honestly, it was a relief to not search through hundreds of things to find what I was looking for. The check out process was simple, but the shipping seemed a bit high in price. I opted for the UPS ground and it was almost the cost of what I purchased. I still have not received the merchandise, but that was fault of UPS. I am hoping it will be delivered today and I can enjoy my new mattress cover! They did have a free shipping offer with an order of $75 or more and I will take advantage of that next time! They were also very prompt with the order processing and sending an e-mail confirmation. I will be looking at this site again to make future purchases."

So I placed my order, then a couple of days later I recieved an Email saying that they didn't have the "Brown Bedskirt" available, and what color would I like instead. If I would have wanted another color I would have ordered it in the first place. I have to give them credit though, when I asked for a credit on my account they were very prompt in issueing a credit. I would shop with then again. I just wish they would have informed me ahead of time that they didn't have the item in stock. "

"All items came right on time & were exactly what we ordered. They fit, & they appear to be good quality (although only time & some washings will really tell that). It's hard to find a site like this nowdays, where you can purchase individual sheets & bedding items to mix and match however you need -- & at reasonable prices....but this company delivers that. I was impressed enough to try & place a duplicate order a week after the first one arrived.
