Poor service

"They take all day to approve your online order I’ve had to call multiple time about my order they said it was canceled then they said it was ready for pick up long story short shop with famous foot wear at lease they sell Jordan’s "

"I purchased a pair of retro Jordan 11 on Saturday from this WSS store, I came in on Monday to exchange for a 5.5, then 6.0 is too big. I was told all sales are final on Retro Jordan’s and they would exchange my shoes as a one time courtesy but i need my receipt. I went home retrieved my receipt, I’m back at the store located at 911 E. Rosecrans Compton, Ca. I am now giving the run around again been told the district manager is not answering his phone, and they need approval from the district manager. Public Beware of ALL WSS locations and don’t purchase Jordan’s and any other shoes from this chain store. They have a 5.5 My shoes are not worn, in the original box, I have my receipt, I’ve been mislead not once but twice on two occasions dealing with this store. All I ask is to do a onetime courtesy allow me to exchange my shoes as a paying consumer and I will never purchase anything else at WSS chain. Wow this is unbelievable "

Terrible Customer Service !!!

"I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online. They got here in a mailer bag and boxes were smashed. Opened them and one pair was sent in the wrong size from what I ordered. I called customer service and they sent me a return label. She said that they can't ship me the new pair until they receive the ones that they sent in the wrong size back even if I provided that tracking#. So now I'm doing all this extra work, no discount, apology or expedited shipping. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Order somewhere else. "

Wish I could give them ZERO stars

"I ordered Jordan's for Christmas for my son. The pair arrived and were too small. On 12/27 I ordered the right size. Today, 1/2/19, I contacted them for a status update and was told they canceled the order because they are out of stock. REALLY? You weren't out of stock 6 days ago when I placed the order! I am furious and I have a seriously disappointed 11 year old. **** this place!"

All good

"I read most of the reviews here before I placed my order. I went through with placing my order anyway. I didn’t get a confirmation email when I placed my order and I closed the order page without writing down the order number. I called the next day, I spoke with, I wanna say “Melvin”. He was extremely pleasant and really funny. He gave me my order number, told me the order had been fulfilled, that I would recieve it by today December 29th and I would recieve an email when the sneakers shipped. I never got the email so I thought aw man issa scam.. LMBO.. I ordered on the 22nd of December with free shipping. I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner!! I HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! THANKS SHOPWSS"

Held order for days

"Kept sending email telling me to call for online order. They had question. Asked to advise issue as I work and do not have ability to call as hours of their service conflict with schedule. Finally resolved and then they deliver the goods shoes for.grandson and they leave them on the porch in a torrential downpour in a cardboard box. Open the package and the box outside and both inside soaked to the bone as we're the brand new shoes. Now not available for Xmas. Horrible."

Horrible customer service

"Frustrating experience and poor customer service. I ordered for a pair of shoes. They cancelled my order without notifying me because, according to them, they couldn't verify my payment method. I used that visa card to purchase other stuff before without any problem and this was the first time. When I emailed them, they told me to pay with PayPal, which I don't have, and silenced ever since. I had to call them. No useful information was provided and the agent obviously didn't bother to help. Definitely not recommended."

Frustrated and disappointed customer

" I am very frustrated and upset. After going to store #95 in Mesa, Arizona on Nov 11, 2018 they did not have my size and offered to place an order to be shipped to me for the Air Max LTD 3 size 10 Men’s. I waited 5 days to get the shoes shipped to me and then received the wrong size (size 9)! I am leaving for the holidays out of town and needed these shoes for my trip, Now I have the wrong size and no shoes. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating."

worst site ever!

"I ordered a pair of shoes, when i got my order i got the right box but the wrong shoes inside. I sent the shoes back wanted to place another order they took me thru a whole circle just to place another order for the wrong doing they did just to find out the shoes were sold out!! which on their site the shoes are available "

A surprisingly good experience

"I was desperate to order a specific shoe, and this was a last resort. I had not seen any of the reviews before ordering on the website. After seeing all the negative reviews I was worried whether I’d even get the two pairs I ordered. However after two days they shipped and I tracked them the whole week untill they arrived. The shoes I received were in perfect condition, in new boxes, and the right size! I’m not sure if I was just lucky or what. Although next time I probably will choose a more trusted and secure site next time."

HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER HERE. I WOULD GIFT IT 0 STARS.

"I had ordered shoes on 8/5/18 and they had been shipped out on 8/7/18. I was thinking this whole time great i’ll get them in 7-10 days. This was intentionally for my friend (birthday gift) and oh lord how it all came to a disaster. When my order had shipped the only update it had in the UPS app was “Order Processed: Ready for UPS”, it was horrible because i started getting worried thinking “why isn’t my order getting updates or anything on the app” or “what could have happened to it.” I didn’t worry for awhile until today 8/14/18 it was suppose to get here TODAY. I obviously panicked and called WSS to find out that my shoe was “out of stock” this whole time. LIKE WHAT THIS IS SO UPSETTING I CANT BELIEVE IT. I had been ordering clothes even since i was very young and I have never EVER had a problem. The worst part is that obviously they took my money first and didn’t notify me if they shoe wasn’t there at all NOT EVEN AN EMAIL. They had the nerve to not even tell me that my order was cancelled this whole time but no they took money out of my card. Apparently I’ll get a refund in 3-5 days but let’s see if they can even do that right. This website should be updated immediately if a shoe is out of stock or just not available. If you ever decide to order from this website and think “this probably won’t happen to me” think again and don’t order from here. I got a confirmation email, a “shipped out” email, and a $80 charge from my card but obviously never got my shoes. I would not recommend buying from here EVER because it’s just horrible. "

Bad communication and company

"Ordered shoes for my son. Waited over a week to be shipped before I had to call. Order was still pending. I was on hold for over 20 min before I was told that they didn't have these in stock and they would ship when they get in. In a few days later, I got a email about a return on order however I never canceled my order. The company canceled my order automatically and never told me. Turns out, the company never had the shoes in the first place. They order from "3ed company". Poor communication and customer service. I will never buy from again."

WSS Does NOT value their customers!

"WSS sold my son a pair of $90 Nike arrowz .They were defective shoes and WSS refused to do a return or exchange the day after they were purchased. I got the district managers phone number and called him from the store and he never returned my call .
Then I emailed WSS explaining the situation and I never got an answer from them either. I will never spend my money at WSS ever again.
