Cancelled order

"Atrocious. Placed an order for 3 items in-store and all items were cancelled as out of stock. The cancellation email said I would automatically be refunded, but I didn’t receive a refund. Called and was told I had to go in-store to process a refund. Went in-store and it took 30 minutes for them to figure out how to process it. When they did process it, it was for less than the order total since their system doesn’t automatically refund the correct tax. I’ve never heard of such an archaic system. Surely they’ll be out of business soon unless they upgrade their technology and processes. Trust me on this one - AVOID!"

Horrible customer service - Dont deserve 1 star!

"ordered shoes for son for Christmas in November, which unfortunately didn't fit. Went online and ordered next size up and called about returning shoes that are too small. Rep and manager told me over 45 days will not accept refund. 45 days would have been before Xmas, which my son ad not even opened before then. HORRIBLE customer service. I will return the shoes I ordered in place of the original as soon as they arrive! Will never order from this company again and will make sure I tell everyone I know not to as well. "

Customer Service is extremely poor and cancel order without notification

"This store really ****. Customer Service is extremely poor and don’t care. If I can give them a negative star I would give them a -10. DONT order from this online. They don’t give solutions and really didn’t care if the items were for Christmas. The worst company. I will never buy from. Employees are a bunch of idiots. Customer service rep was Liz and the store I was dealing with was the Fullerton. Neither of the Managers wanted to speak to me. Very unprofessional "

Worst experience ever

"Worst experience ever I will never try to order from this website again not only have I not received my refund yet but my order was canceled with out me wanted it canceled their excuse was they were doing that to protect me thinking it was fraud Then they said they were going to fix it for days into it it still was not fixed worst experience ever I must say again worst experience"

I want my money back

"First the website was the beginning of the trouble, and when I called the number I got the rudest customer service followed by my order being canceled instead of just fixing the problem. Now my money is gone and I have to wait up to possibly 90 days to get it back. They had a small selection anyway, just NEEDED a pair of shoes asap for my kid, all I needed them to do was correct the address and not send my shoes to a random address that auto fill put in. Idk, but to me that should have been a simple fix since they already took the money, and hadn't shipped the product yet. No, instead was told to"start over" as if my money would be refunded just as quick."

Rude and Disrepectful

"They canceled my order twice without informing me. I emailed and received no response and then I contacted a live agent who informed me that they had canceled my order because they could not verify my credit card information, before I could ask anything else he logged out. I emailed them again, no response so I placed another order. Same thing happened, I did not receive a shipping confirmation so I contacted a live agent who told me it was canceled and gave me the same response. I then decided to call in, by that time the item was out of stock, so I asked if he could check which stores had them and he said none without even checking. "

"Like so many other reviews, they cancelled my order on fear of Fraud. I'm sorry my billing address isn't the same as my shipping, I just moved. When I called to ask why, their people were rude."

Pretty Good

"Overall shop wss gives you a cheaper legit shoe and quick shipping. Customer service may not be the best but it does come in ten business days. I ordered shoes on here thinking I was taking a chance of getting fake shoes but they were real. Box was a little beaten up but shoes came out fine. Would recommend "

"WSS is an expert of cancelling order without noticing you. I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago and they didn't ship anything to me. When I asked when would they ship, they told me they had cancelled my order. Up to now, they are still keeping my money."

Slow, overpriced, failed to even honor the order.

"I ordered a pair of Kswiss shoes and waited several days only to receive an email that my order was cancelled due to their automated system triggering a "possible fraud" for some reason. I'm glad. I got the same shoes from another site for nearly $40 less. They are slow to even begin shipping, absurdly overpriced, and they apparently can't successfully complete an order. Also, they charge $10 for shipping, even though they use UPS surepost (even slower than standard UPS ground). I'll never place an order here again.

"After a google search for a pair of grape Air Max 90's, I saw WSS were significantly cheaper. I googled reviews of the site and was very cautious based on a lot of bad reviews. I had a great experience. Shoes came in 3 days to NYC . They look great. Email communication was clear and they provided tracking info. Good experience for me. "

Online shopping vs in-store

"I had so many great experiences in store that one day while on bed rest I had the bright idea of saying hey let me order online I mean what could go wrong right? WRONG I placed a order on may 6th didn't receive any shipping details so I reached out via email as the confirmation email stated I should do if I had any questions so my first few emails were unresponsive so I tried Thursday again and a rep responded asking for my order number I proceeded to provide it and after a few hours of no further details I decided I better reach out again so I asked "hi I was just following up on my previous emails the rep responded with "I don't see any order from you" so I quickly sent them a screenshot thinking maybe I provided the wrong information well let's just say I definitely didn't receive any more responses and by Friday i checked my account and my money had been refunded so i thought okay cool maybe there was a issue with completing my purchase so the reps just went ahead and refunded me so I said well I really want the items and since I'm still on bed rest i can't go to one of their locations I'll just repurchase right? So I do and I immediately received shipping details by Saturday morning so I'm like great atleast there was no issues this time...well guess what my original purchase was magically filled as well by Sunday and all I could think was OH NO now I'm being charged twice so let me contact the email again and just ask them to cancel one of the orders (which they could of definitely did by intercepting the package from ups) well they refused so I'm like great now I'm on a negative balance with my bank and I'm going to receive 2 of each item I purchased so I was mad but my story gets better....both packages were supposed to arrive on Wednesday so I'm like I'll just wait for the ups driver and refuse one of the packages well wss left remarks in the system for the package not to be returned to sender and if nobody was home to feel free to leave it at my door step (I stay in a crappy apartment complex) but thank God I was home well I opened the package I wanted to keep and when I say none of my items were in good condition I mean that like all my shirts I ordered for my son looked like they had been used as a floor mat and the one pair of shoes I ordered for my daughter weren't even the right size I was livid so I opened the next package thinking maybe these ones will look better but not in the least bit so if I could give 0 (zero) stars I'd probably opt for negative zero instead.....now I'm forced to pay shipping fees when the whole point of the amount I purchased was to have free shipping...."
