Sadly, the respirator thing is an issue in 2020, and 3M has not helped them get the masks for my order. I give 4 stars because I ordered many times and had no problem but this year with the masks and waiting has been tiresome. "

"I ordered a diode off of eBay and I was in the area so I asked if I could do local pickup. The lady on the emails said I could, so I did yesterday and I talked with Matt. I had a couple technical questions about how to solder the part on and he didn't discount the idea of how I wanted to solder it on, but was able to talk with me about the plusses and minus of where and how I solder. Since he wasn't sure why the manufacturer wanted the solder a certain way, he told me his thoughts on a few scenarios which made sense. He did recommend to contact the maker just to be 100% sure, but he was very helpful and was able to give me some options. Great service!"
"I use heat guns for crafting and also as a home handyman and I need to have several. One for home, one for the job and a spare for the car when I'm on a job site. I also need a couple different sizes and power levels. I was super happy to find eio since they have a really great selection of Steinel heat guns, my preferred brand. I took one star off because the shipping was toward the later end of my delivery window and would have liked it sooner. But for the price and overall timliness was good. "
"I called in April to place an order for N95 masks and I spoke with a gentleman there who was super helpful. I wanted some disposable N95, but he was very open they didn't have them and the supplier had been delaying products. I asked if there was ANYTHING they had for masks so I could go out and buy groceries and he checked stock on other solutions and I bought a few reusable respirators with changeable filters. I'm very happy they helped me to get something for masks in this difficult time. I did take one star off because the shipping was slightly delayed and the mask bag was open. I did call back and I guess the reusable masks come like that, but still I wish they had zipped it shut at least.
I left a review this later because they reached out to me and asked for one. I did not receive any compensation but remembered that my order went OK and wanted to help a small business"

"Ordered Particulate Respirator Masks on March 2, 2020 for the amount of $44.10. Product was never shipped. After several attempts to contact EIO, I filed a PayPal dispute on August 14, 2020. EIO responded saying the order would be shipped mid to late August 2020. The PayPal dispute was closed as I was willing to wait even longer. On September 29, 2020 I contact EIO again. They claimed I had canceled the order. I did not. They issued a partial refund in the amount of $39.69. Since I did not cancel this order they illegally kept $4.41 (claiming it was a cancellation fee)."
"I had some issues with shipping and getting some N95 masks but I spoke with Donnie or someone because I was sick and tired of waiting for N95s. They still didn't have them and didn't have an ETA because 3M isn't filling anyone's orders. So i asked what they had and what they could do to help me. They were quite nice were willing to work out a deal and got some different masks. They will deliver, but they've had some problems with their supplier. Glad they could work with me and finally get me something
