"I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of the owner and staff of ShopBroadline. They treated me with respect, and answered all my questions and quiries regarding my LG TV purchase. I was quoted a good price, and offered free shipping, as well as a free HDMI cable. My TV was delivered in three days. However, it arrived damaged by FedEx. I immediately called, and spoke to Michael Lopez, the owner of ShopBroadline. He started my claim with FedEx immediately. He was very upset and appologetic. I knew that it wasn't the fault of ShopBroadline. He advised me that as soon as the claim was settled by FedEx, that he would ship me out a new TV, and use another shipping company at his own expense. It was a long 3 1/2 week process, due to FedEx procastination. Michael Lopez was true to his word. They shipped me out a new TV the very next day. I am very impressed with ShopBroadline, and I plan to buy other products from them in the near future. If I had to rate between 1 and 10, I would give ShopBroadline an 11...
