I recently placed a order with ShopBroadline. The price was great but I believe you give away some customer service when you purchase on price alone. I purchased the $4000.00 TV and it did not ship until 10 days later. When it did ship it shipped through AIT Worldwide and was transferred to Land and Marine. Land and Marine had the TV for 7 days before I finally had to track down where it was and tell them where to deliver it. They said they had made attempts to call but there was never anything on my answer machine. I called ShopBroadline and received no help on tracking where my order was. Finally Land and Marine called me from my local town which was 10 miles away and said they could not deliver my TV because I was out of the city limits. My address had not changed from when I placed the order but all of a sudden I was 10 miles outside there delivery area. I told them I would come pick it up but that was not acceptable to them so they took it all the wasy back 300 miles to the terminal. During this time I was contacting ShopBroadline for help with none being supplied. The only thing they could do was call me a lair and that I was trying to deceive someone which I still cannot figure out who. Now the TV is being shipped via a new carrier which will require another 5 stops for a Plasma TV which the more stops the more chance of damage. Bottom Line a paid a good price but got no customer service. So if price is all you need then I guess ShopBroadline is alright"

"I am not used to writing reviews but I felt compelled to tell everyone about the outstanding service and pricing I received. I couldn't be more pleased! I was able to buy the Panasonic TC-P65VT25 for $800 less than my local dealer. I had never made such an expensive and delicate purchase over the internet. I was a bit leery that there were only 10 reviews. I double checked the BBB listing, called the 1-866-number and spoke to the owner who patiently answered all of my paranoid questions--was it a refurbished model? Was it a return item? Was it new? Does it carry a US warranty? (no, no, yes, yes if you are curious) Ultimately decided this was an offer I couldn't pass up. Now I have it hanging on my wall and it is every bit as beautiful as the reviews say. The owner told me it would take about 10 days to arrive because of Thanksgiving but, as it turned out, it actually arrived in 5 days (in California, no less. Broadline is based in North Carolina) in perfect condition. I have no reservations about shopping here again! Thanks, Broadline!
