Once they process your payment, you are on your way with zero help, acknowledgement of fault OR apologies from this company. They will simply follow up that it is implied. It is implied that you can potentially get a lunatic driving your 100 wedding guests. I beg all future brides to S-T-A-Y A-W-A-Y.
On OUR wedding night, we had the most horrific experience. Our wedding was in Jupiter Florida on 5/19/19. After Shofur completed payment, our point of contact was directed to Marcel and our driver was James. The company they outsourced was Miami Coach Tours. Not only was our contract not fulfilled, but James put ALL of our guests in danger. After not showing up for an early run, we approached James (driver) for rational/explanation as to where he was. We were never contacted after the first non-complete run so we wanted a credit, rational, etc. James apparently misunderstood the contract and did not arrive at our venue for early pick up (he claims he was sitting at our hotel. The same hotel, he had picked up ALL guests from and drove to the wedding venue 3 hours earlier), but that is beside the point. When he was asked simple questions, he totally FLIPPED out screaming and yelling curses at us (bride, groom, venue attendants and our wedding GUESTS). He was screaming that he will NOT drive the bus any longer. He accused us of “attacking” him and claimed he was calling the cops on us, which he never did because there was no reason to. We tried to calm him down as we were all mortified of his behavior. He claimed he was going to record us, but again never did because there was no reason to. He just continued to yell. Once we were able to get him to proceed with the contracted runs, he proceeded to SPEED and yell putting our guests in harm’s way. He told Marcel and SHOFUR that because of the short distance (from venue to hotel) he was unable to speed, we are lying and again that we attacked him. They believe him. He took the turn into our hotel so fast that a 65+ year old passenger was completely removed from her seat. Once she had fallen out of her seat due to his driving, the guests asked him to stop and they exited the bus as they were all scared. Guests ran right to the curb as they were afraid he would run them down. Seriously. This is how erratic this driver was! James denies all of the above and more, ye we have100 witnesses who have also started to complete reviews. SHOFUR will not credit us, LET ALONE ACKNOWLEDGE their faults!!!!!!!!!! They simply direct you to Marcel and Miami Coach Tours. Who would want to deal with a company with this sort of customer service? Not only did they ruin the end to a perfect day, not fulfill their contracted runs, but they made all of our guests completely uneasy and totally shook. Our guests are still talking about this experience and I have been asked what the company has done, which I reply “nothing”. I’ve asked them to please review and spread the word. ALL FUTURE BRIDES, if you don't want a bad end to your most amazing day and would like ALL of your guests to remain safe, invest your money elsewhere. James should be removed from the road and SHOFUR should be embarrassed. We fear that he may hurt others. Shofur and Miami Coach Tours do not.

"I am not one to typically post reviews, but my recent experience with Shofur demanded it.
I attended a wedding at the Pelican Club on Sunday, May 19th and the hosts used Shofur to drive wedding guests from the venue back to our hotel, which was a short drive away. Our driver, JAMES, would first not start the bus and proceeded to scream and curse at the top of his lungs at all the bus riders for no apparent reason. When he was finally convinced to start the bus, despite it only being a 6 minute ride, proceeded to drive at unsafe speeds to the point that when he turned into the hotel property, the bus went on TWO WHEELS, causing a 68 year old passenger in the front seat to fall so hard out of her seat across the aisle, to the point that she had bruises all down her side the next day. It was alarming, unnecessary and we all felt COMPLETELY UNSAFE to the point that we all got off the bus to walk the rest of the way.
When the bride contacted the company to complain about this behavior, they were told that because the hotel was such a short distance there was no way the driver could have reached such high speeds and would not provide any type of refund. As a passenger on the bus, I can ASSURE you such speeds were reached, and it is absolutely unacceptable that they would back an employee versus the multiple bus riders accounts describing James's inappropriate driving and behavior. For the bride and groom to have to deal with all of this, along with upset guests on their wedding day, is absolutely despicable.
If you have an event and need to use a shuttle bus in Jupiter, please, look elsewhere. Your life might depend on it. "
