"We ordered a Freightliner to shuttle people back-and-forth between a hotel and wedding. They sent a full size bus (that could not turn around on our property) and the driver refused to shuttle--he said he would only do a single trip at the end of the night. After speaking with him, he did shuttle, but only with a minimum number of people, which was not in the contract and caused people to leave early. Plus, we had a second Freightliner scheduled for a one-way trip to move the wedding party, but Shofur cancelled 2 days before the event because it was being repaired, leaving us scrambling to find another shuttle. In my experience, a reputable company would have found a replacement for us. No apology or discount offered; just a 'thanks for your feedback' before they hung up (we did receive a refund for the single cancelled bus; however, they quoted as a package so there's no way to determine if the discount was fair). I did not ride the bus, but it seemed nice from my quick look inside; however, I cannot recommend Shofur based on our experience."
