"I ordered my daughter a pair of Ariat boots and was assured they would be here by Christmas. Well here it is a few days before Christmas and the boots haven't even been shipped out yet. I ordered them on December 11, 2015. I have never been this dissatisfied before. I DO NOT recommend ordering from Shoe buy if you are wanting something quickly. It seems everytime I call and check the status order they give me the run around. I have even emailed them several times and no one has emailed me back. Now my daughter will probably have to wait until after Christmas to get her gift. OH and not to mention that they have already taken the money out of our account!"

"I wish you would keep the ninety day returns, I have a tendency to forget to do things on time, and I am currently holding three or four pairs of shoes that I don't know what to do with that I always remember about just AFTER the time is up to return or exchange them. In fact, since I'm noticing it, I currently have TWO days left to return a pair of boots I bought for my daughter that she's complained about, and it's too late to call customer service, as I'm a day sleeper.
