"I live in Singapore and am astounded at the excellence of the service at Shiningbeam, Bryan (whom i have dealt with) is incredibly helpful. In my first order, i did not realise that i had never filled in a shipping address as i just wanted to have an account to check shipping costs. I placed my order without checking and it was processed.
I panicked as i thought that my order would have been mailed to the bare shipping address (which was my apartment block number without the unit number) and emailed shiningbeam immediately with the correct shipping address then updated my account.
Not only was the error corrected, my order was still shipped within TWENTY FOUR hours!!! That was simply amazing!!
I have no qualms at all recommending shiningbeam to any person who is just getting into the flashlight hobby or to anyone who needs a decent, cost effective flashlight with great service.

"I placed an order with ShiningBeam.com on 10/7/09. I had a few questions about various lights prior to placing my order and had all questions answered quickly and with good advice. I ordered three lights:
- Romisen RC-G2 II Cree Q5 Flashlight "Gray" (1xAA)

My entire ordered arrived this morning (10/9/09). Wow! Quick e-mail responses, super customer support and had my lights two days after placing the order! I've only been able to test the lights out in my office with all the lights on and large office windows - but wow! Bryan was right. Bright, bright, bright! "First off i wanted to say this guy has earned a customer for life. Shipping was super fast, product shipped friday and i had on monday. Asked for their recommendation on fairly small but very powerful light to use in the woods hunting. Boy did i get exactly what i wanted! I ordered (upon his recommendation of best light under $20) the Romisen RC-G2 II Cree Q5. Im not a flashlight expert by any means but upon opening the package it reaks of high quality. Super nice aluminum finish and best part it only takes 1 AA battery. I have a Garrity 9 led from Walmart that uses 3 AAA batteries that i currently use and its great for the money but i just wanted more. He said it would be 8 times brighter than what i have so i did a real quick test. I put brand new batteries in the Garrity and turned it on (keep in mind its not even dark in here, its daylight but ive got the blinds closed for a quick comparison under my workdesk) Then i put the 1 AA battery in the Romisen and it completely and utterly drowned out the 9 led Garrity by a mile, seriously its that bright. This thing is WAY brighter than i expected!! I cannont emphasize how bright this thing is to be so small. Its very compact but feels super sturday. I cant wait for it to get dark so i can really see what this thing will do. Thank you so much for your help, i will be sending people your way!! "

"Shiningbeam is a top notch outfit. His new brand of flashlights under the MG brand offer value, quality and leading edge technology. Communication is first rate from beginning to end and his customer service is second to none. His L-Mini is one of the brightest, smallest and toughest little lights out there. "I ordered an ITP C9 plus the C8 and C7 body from Bryan at ShiningBeam.com. The light was first rate quality wise, and I am very happy with the flexibility of the "lego" style body exchange system. It gives me the ability to use the light with 1, AA or 2, AA or 1, RCR123 cells. Very cool.
