"I bought some high-intensity flashlights from Shining Beam for Christmas presents. It was late at night and my session with Paypal to confirm my SB order was a disaster: click-refused-click-retry-click-rejected. My credit card finally was shut off by Capital One and it got charged twice.

I was in a truly foul mood and threw myself at the mercy of Brian Chen from Shining Beam. He reversed the second charge on the spot and shipped my order, which arrived in 3 days (!?) The pocketable little flashlights are high-quality, very bright due to high-tech LEDs, take a standard AA battery, and under 20 bucks each. A great present to give to a dozen family members for Christmas since everyone can use them and these high-tech LEDs have just been invented.

"In the last couple of months I have ordered four times from Bryan @ ShiningBeam. As I stated in the reviews I submitted for two of the earlier orders Bryan sells a good product at a fair price & fills/ships those products promptly.
The real test of a company comes when things don't go as planned. That happened to me when a flashlight I had bought from ShiningBeam quit working shortly after I received it. Although the failure may have been my fault Bryan had me send it back to him & he repaired it at no cost to me. The amazing part is the light was back in my house in under a week, 3000 miles away!
