"My experience with shiekh shoes has always been a pleasant one. I bought 2 pair of wedge heel shoes that arrived to my home on a Friday only days after ordering them. To my disappointment I couldn't walk in the shoes because the heel was too high. I was on my way out of town and didn't have time to return them through the mail so I took them with me and to my surprise the city I was traveling to had a store. I called the online customer service and Annabelle gave me the address to the store so I returned them to the store without any hassel. That same day my money was returned to my card minus the shipping and handling of course but it was a smooth transactions. I would definitely recommend sheikh shoes to everyone. When I recieved the sandels I was excited to wear them due to the fact that I had searched everywhere for some that I liked. I tried on all the sandels and only 1 pair out of the 5 fit and in order for me to return them I have to pay a restock fee plus pay the shipping to return them. Now I am stuck with 4 pair of shoes that I can't wear!!!!!"
