Before mailing in the exchange I spoke to customer service with the concern that the shoe size I wanted would be sold out. She said they didn't send prepaid shipping labels for exchanges so i had to pay $10 to ship them back and another $7 to have them send them back to me. Even though i got a refund, I spent $10 in shipping and handling to send the shoes back. That money has been wasted.
