I placed an order for a shark SHKMSC22050 motorcycle audio system and an extra speaker for a friend and in a few days I got it, it was so easy to install and sounded great. After only riding and listening to it one time I must have had 20 people ask where I got it from, and they "never heard a stereo on a bike sound so crisp and loud" they all loved it and it makes me so happy to have. "I ordered the Motorcycle Bluetooth Multi Interphone headsets. The first one that I received was missing parts and one charger did not work. I returned them and received a second set which is working perfectly. Once in a while products do have problems and is only to be expected, but what make the difference is the way in which the seller responds to problems and here Sharkmotorcycleaudio have been terrific. One of the clips that hold the unit to the helmet broke, I emailed them and I had a replacement within two days and they even through in a spare.

"I have a Suzuki 1800 and a few years back I purchased the Shark 2500 Whatt Audio system. I enjoyed it emensley..but as time went on the radio aspect of it gave me problems. The problem ended up being the circuit board. I believe the warrenty was well expired and I probably have receipts but not sure where they are. I thought this problem was here to stay until one day I received a promo sales blits from them on various articles. I replied to them indicating the problem I had and really didn't expect a response and If I got one I sure didn't expect the response I got. They advised me to pack it and ship it to them and they would replace with a new one. No other questions were asked. This I did and in no time I had received a new AMP and it works great. This kind of thing isn't seen much anymore and as a Canadian I can say I am proud to be a customer of this company and would not hessitate in purchasing further from them and fully endorse their products and service."
"Ordered a 250 Watt system for my Honda Fury. First amp was defective, but after a few e-mails back and forth, the problem was solved by Shark sending me a replacement. System sounds good, but wind noise interferes at highway speeds. Great setup for the price. Had a friend mill a custom bracket for mounting with Shark's chrome handlebar mount. All worked out in the end!!"

"I ride a Suzuki Burgman 650. I have been riding for 50+ years and enjoy 2 wheels over 4. I enjoy listening to my favorite tunes while riding... The shark system is compact and user friendly... I bought a bluetooth compatible helmet communication system and enjoy it. The one thing that is missing is to have the Shark system communicate to the comm system...

The sound is amazing ad the whole unit itself I awesome. Just wish it would recharge the device that is playing the music. Other than that recommend to anyone wanting music on a bike. "Purchased the 250W w/USB-SD. The remote is useless on a bike. Control buttons are small but I’m getting use to them. The sound out of those little speakers is awesome! Would I buy the Shark brand again? Yes. I plan on another one for one of my other bikes and two neighbors are looking at systems also. Did have one small issue with the amp. That was resolved within 15 minutes after just one e-mail. The customer service is among the best I’ve ever received. Rating: Two exhaust pipes up.
