"I had a great experience with Shark Motorcycle Audio. Not only did I enjoy the product, but their service as well. When I received my speaker set, one of the tweeter attachments did not work. When I emailed them, they offered to send me another one free of charge. The rep that I talked to was very professional and seemed genuine. Why this should be expected, now-a-days it can be hard to find good companies that actually seem happy to do it. The part came a few days later and worked fine. Overall, I had a positive interaction with the company."

"I cannot believe the customer service these guys supply.On October 31/2012 I ordered a 250 watt Shark amp and speaker system.Two days later I got an email saying the same system was on sale for $30.00 less.I contacted them and they said they would send me a tank bag for my bike free of charge.Well I got the tank bag but was not happy with the thing so Shark said that was OK,keep the tank bag and we'll give you a $30.00 credit at the store.I decided to order some nice mounts for the speakers that were with the amp system.The first set of mounts never arrived so Shark sent out a second set,again no charge for anything.They took quite a while to get here but when they finally did arrive they were worth the wait.Gooddeals18.com has the greatest customer service.I would recommend them for any of your motorbike or yacht goodies.

"Well I ordered my stero from Shark Dec 5th as an expedited order $35.08 today DeC 13 have not seen it yet , sent thru UPS and the tracking number is telling me it is still in NY, I hope the system is worth the wait, how long would it take if I had picked ground mail to Nova Scotia Canada. The sad part is there in no contact # to talk with a rep from Shark it states via e-mail and I have no response from it, I will update when it arrives hopefully soon."

From South Dakota to North Carolina, I have been asked about this set up. very easy to set up and your not going to believe the sound they make. I'm completely sold on the Shark systems and I wouldn't trade them for any other system out there. I even had a party under the car port of a hotel one night while staying there watching it rain.( Heading to Sturgis by the way).
I turned on the music and before I knew it, I had people coming up to me and asking me where I got the system. And because of that , We just started to talk. The next thing I knew...We had beer, pizza and people all over the place talking and dancing under the car port of the hotel.......... ( Even the Owner of the Hotel came out and had a GREAT time, Which we saw and met again on the Dragon 2 years later on another trip )what a GREAT time that was.
And by the way he ( the owner of the hotel) bought his own for his bike as well. Said he loves it.
Anyway. If your looking for the best sound system for your ride, You have to get Shark.
There warranty is far the best I have EVER seen. These people stand behind there products. They don't just sell you the product and you never hear from them again. They stand behind the product......... And NO you don't get someone from another country when you have a problem......Like I said " THEY STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT"!!!!

"These are great systems. I have several of them and would take them over much more expensive brands. They are the only ones I've seen with a sd/flash player built in, I would not own one with out this feature now. I can hear the music even while at highway speeds and the wired remote can be easily controlled without taking my eyes off the road. I have had noting but positive customer service experiences with Shark."

"I purchased the 250 watt MSDHRS6160 unit and had a problem with the amp. It stopped working. Emailed Gooddeals18.com and had another one sent after returning the original one. Had the new one really fast. I really love the sound quality of this unit and the 3 inch speakers that I bought. Shark has a lot of cool items for sale and work great. I also bought the Shark waterproof MP3 player magnetic pouch. It is great with the clear side for viewing. I highly recommend Shark audio for all your needs. The prices are great as well.
