"Overall a satisfactory experience. The following comments aren't intended to slam Shark, but reflect some relatively minor issues I ran into. Shark is in Canada, and I live in the US, so a couple of the issues relate to this.

1. The original "estimate" for shipping prior to checkout was $17.62 (CPC Expedited US Commercial). The actual amount was $46.74 for the same shipping method. I think the estimating process needs some work.

2. My only choice for shipping was CPC with an 8 to 15 day delivery. In order to use or FedEx, I had to provide my own account number, which I don't have. I would have liked a quicker option. My order took 14 days to get delivered (12 days after being shipped).

3. The order indicated that customs fees and/or duties may be added, but Shark couldn't provide me with any idea of what those fees might be.

4. The tracking number emailed to me when the order shipped was wrong. This only became apparent after the item for that number was delivered to Ohio (I live in California)."
